Staff was friendly and efficient, although they got My order wrong the first time. I took it back and lady in front assisted with ease. Filling and fresh. The Hot chocolate too!

Service was really bad, staff kept moving around and a simple burger meal took over 15 minutes. When I asked about it, I was told that it always takes time. The entire kitchen was constantly beeping due to something needed to come out the fryer or oven, but the staff was not concerned and that was annoying. I am a regular Macdonalds customer, but this branch has issues

The food was good.. But the service was the worst. I wouldnt go back there to be honest. Maybe thats their trend because I went to another place in that same mall, the service was bad too.

We arrived early on a weekday morning. There were only us and one other customer. We waited 22 minutes for our Egg McMuffen meal.

Just ok place, its in a mall so space is limited. Staff is professional and do their best to multi task, ensuring that customers are happy and attended to as soon as possible.

Always friendly staff. However, the covid protocols are a bit confusing. People asking to eat in are asked to wait for their food to be given to them outside the restaurant. I’m sure you have your reasons but I haven’t faced that before at another branch. Nice McDonald’s though!

Worst experience at a Mc Donalds. Waited a very long time for our order and we were the only people there. The lady working there then threw my order on the table. I had to ask for my drinks because they only gave us the food. When we got home the food looked like someone opened it and decided they dont want it. The packaging was filthy. I felt like I wasted my money that I spent there. Never again!

Drive thru usually takes 15 to 20 min...

Takes an entire lifetime (35min) to get your order ready, it is unorganized and seems like it isnt all that busy for the service youre getting.Poor service speed, taking into account that the ordering is done electronically.

Ok Im a McDonakds freak I remembered when the first McDonalds opened opp Cresta Centre Randburg in the 80s I suppoted them as a new one opens I vissit them but the one in the East Rand takes the cherry on the cake very clean and neat with friebdly help-full staff and fresh Burgers and fries. The restrooms was very clean not smelly like others Welldone people keep up the good work and service.

Staff are amazing and very friendly. Since starting work across from the mall I pop in every morning to have a coffee before I start. Staff know my order and its delivered promptly and correct everytime.

The service was just bad,i dont know if it was just for today or is like that. I waited for their famous macflurry for an hour.and only got it because I stood up and asked.then I was served with no apology

McDonalds is known for its food expecially its chips. This McDonalds however does not hide the fact that they are giving you old chips that have probably been sitting there for about 2 hours. They do keep the chips warm but thats besides the point. The are old chips and it just seems like this branch dosent really care about its customers.

The waiting time is considerable but the food is generally great.

Great place with friendly staff and clean restaurant. They have new ordering touch screen displays for one to order on your own time and makes service so much easier.

Place is ridiculously busy between 12 and 14 everyday during the week with the surrounding business parks hungry customers, you can wait up to 25min for your lunch regardless of what you order, its always fresh at least. The staff are very friendly and I do go there fairly often

Service is SLOW. Tables are not cleared and cleaned quickly after each use. We had a dirty table plus waited in vain for our order to arrive. We Had to go n fetch it as it was waiting to be collected despite it being a eat-in order. Ppl around us were getting their order brought to them???? Inconsistent...

Typical McD food, quality and vibe. Waiting time acceptable. This outlet has a small inside play area as well as a MCafé that sells some confectionary and very good coffee. We love their cupachino. Can be busy at times but overall a good experience.
