I eat here regularly, visited last night and had to note that food quality was excellent! Fresh and fast, great tasting. Added some sizzle to a sweltering day. However, staff lets you down. The lady seemed tired and impatient. Didnt pay attention when taking the order. Yet another one who was asked for a take away box arrived with nothing for the chips and expected the chips to be squeezed into the wrap box. Your staff costed you 1 star!

Re-fried chips which was dry. Flies flying all over us while we were trying to eat. Paprika flavor chicken was just a cold cup of sauce poured over the smallest piece of chicken I have ever seen. Terrible.

Service was great and the food quality and taste amazing. Everything was nice and fresh, they are not stingy with the chips! Overall a very good experience. Definitely one of the top NandosI will be back! 🤣

I unfortunately had to edit my comment after utter dissapointment with nandos atlas road. I frequently purchase from.nandos and it was with utter shock both my spicy rice and strips boxes , the rice was half done and there was no sauce at all nor was the rice spicy yet i made a special request for extra sauce since the rice is always dry!This happened twice in a row in the same week 4 boxes spoilt and similary i order peri peri chips i get a box of half chips and one spiced chip lol ! What is going on

My go to Nandos as its near home. Love the revamp thats been done inside, makes it look nicer. Staff are friendly. The food is still good, just sometimes my portion size isnt great. I.e. the filling inside the wrap is half what it use to be. Their peri-tato salad is nice too. Other branches stinge on the spices.

I am 5 months pregnant and craved to eat Nandos. we always come to atlas road Nandos cos it was always the best service. however yesterday was the worse experience ever!! the stuff was rude, brought me dry chicken. asked to put Sause she argued first than puts hot Sause in mild chicken and extra hot Sause in the hot chicken. to top it all they didnt even have glass ware. we had to drink from plastic. i was even offered plastic plates. I had to suffer with tummy and heart burn the entire night and just to bare in mind I am pregnant!!!!!!!!!!!!! very disappointing

This is the Worst Nandos outlet ever! After explaining my order clearly to the cashier l was given the wrong food order on my slip and l told her to correct it while l was still at the till. She told me not to worry she would sort it out with the cooking staff. When my order was ready l was given the wrong food and l asked her to sort it out . I was told to wait 15min for my correct order to be ready, but after a whole 30mins of waiting nothing came. When l asked the waiters for my order they told me to keep waiting,then l asked for the manager and the manager told me there is nothing he could do. Even after waiting for nearly an hour in the restaurant, the manager rudely said what must l do about it. How can the waiters even serve you properly if the manager himself is so Rude? The service is so terrible.

Not the best of best, but it is Nandos so you can never go wrong. Seating is limited so large parties may have an issue to sit down. Parking is relatively safe and the store is easily accessible. Theres also a Spar close by - so you can kill two birds with one stone.

I cannot even give this fast food outlet a 1 star rating. The service was terrible. I walked out of there without even collecting my order. So disappointed. As this is coming from someone who hardly complains and always try to look at the bright side of everything. Shame on you Nandos. Your employees are causing negative Karma for you.

Collected my food last night.There were 3 lines which made no sense as no Manager or staff member explaining where to stand. Finally get inside,, such a mess!!!! Manager just standing there while hia staff is frantic. After waiting for 1 hour. I get helped by a lady, she takes my order nunber and from being all rushed, she started taking her time & speaking to her colleges and dancing.. Eventually i asked her if there was a problem as its been about another 15 mins waiting (( please keep in mind i pre booked on the app so food was ready))I was seriously disappointed with the service received last night. Especially with the Manager just standing there - i would of taken the initiative to walk around and direct people ( customers) to the correct lines, jump in on the front line and assist the staff instead of - sorry we closed to every customer that was late after kitchen closed.

Food quality at this Nandos doesnt seem to hold the same standard as every where else. Been here several times and the food is always dry and tasteless. Had burgers, bowls, pitas, spicy rice...been over cooked and mush... just not great. Restaurant is beautiful though

We ordered food for delivery, its been almost 2 hours and we still never received our food, when you call the restaurant they never pick up their line!😡Its extremely frustrating, that they have such poor service! This is not what we expected from such a high ranking well known restaurant!

Outside tables were dirty, no one at the door for sanitazationI once experience a bad day at nandos atlas road, one of the customer attendees, I dont know what they call them, people that gave us food after ordering, I bought a take away, when he was giving me my food, some of my food slip off, instead of taking it back, and giving me a new order, in front of my eyes, he puts them together and giving it back to me, I ask why did he do that, he said the food didnt fell down on the floor,That was my biggest turn off, since that day, because everybody was watching, even their manager, if there was one, but nobody said anything, I took it and throw it into the dustbin and leave,At the end I was the loser, because I have already paid for it

Usually the service is ok and the food is very good. Today however, the service was bad it took almost 30 min to get the food, order wasnt complete, fortunately I checked it before leaving, there was no sauces added to the bag, both our boujie bowls were broken underneath, and every meal (×4) had 1 or 2 pieces of burnt chicken almost like 1 burnt chicken was distributed between several meals. Very disappointing. Btw...your cashiers are almost always unfriendly and somewhat rude. We ignore it cause we love the food.

I ordered from this Nandos through the online platform at 16h36. Its now 18h57 and I still havent received my order. To be frank, Nandos Atlas Road robbed me because they took my money yet Ive received no food. Ive tried contacting the store and the call centre helpline in vain because no one responds. The details of the driver (if any) are not provided. Im extremely hungry and disappointed. Also, the lack of communication from Nandos has meant that its now too late to order from someone else. The true rating should be 0 out of 5 since I didnt receive my order at all.Update- Abdul from the restaurant called me. He sent us the food we ordered the next day for free as compensation and told me that he would ask the accounts department to contact me for a full refund. Im awaiting their call.Further update- Im still waiting for the accounts department to call me. Im not sure if Abdul gave them my details or not.

The chicken is up to standard. Weird that they didnt have any stock of hotpots when I visited. I have never experienced that at a Nandos before as I always order rice hotpots. Also weird that they bring you one serviette to share when you order a full chicken and you have to go to the till for more serviettes

Nandos chicken is the best. As its cooked fresh in front of you, I dont mind a few minutes wait. The area is clean, the staff are friendly, the prices are what they are.
