Absolutely pathetic ... sitting for 45 minutes waiting for order number 207 to get ready whilst drive thru cars and Mr delivery guys get served on the turn. Theres Absolutely no concern for customers who order over the counter!!!

They got my order wrong and added an extra coldrink. The service was quick but its irritating when people get such a simple thing wrong. A person still in school can even take orders correctly. Please train your staff or get more educated people to work at your branch at least

Barely ever get what you order. If you do its fridge temperature. Youre large chips is a regulare sized box with a todlers handful. thats how little it is. Its a rip off for what they charge. This used to be the only KFC left i would go to. Now, just like the others in Alberton its also an embarrassment

Friendly staff, fresh Chicken

Chicken had hard blobs of batter, dark bits of chicken. Appears that the chicken served to me was in the warmer for a long time. Felt yucky and sick. Had been served better looking and better tasting KFC . should have taken a photo of this not so tasty KFC

Waited in the queue for 45 min, if someone buys a lot pls tell your stuff to move that customer to the parking and let the others proceed. Pls use some of your brains.

Its not the first time that i order streetwise 5 to realize at home thats there is no thighs inside the box but 2 wings.

So the place is situated in a key location,but staffs willingness to help customers are questionable.Also the chicken doesnt always seem as fresh,almost like re heating is happening.Definite place for improvement.

KFC is KFC. They standards are all the same. Poor quality of food. The staff is not the most friendly people in the world but they get the job done. They place has been recently renovated and looks really nice. The drive through is usually quite and is open 24 hour which is the best part. Its just and average poor quality KFC.

Last week Thursday ii ate a meal from kfc and ii woke up sick on Friday morning like vomiting and going toilet ii thought ii had food poison but however on Sunady ii felt better ii didnt realise it was that meal until a friend of mine got food poisoning thus week from eating a meal from kfc Meyersdale.. .🤢🤮🤮💔💔

This is by far the worst drive thru in the history of drive thru fast food places... 37min in a drive thru queue and its not the 1st time this is actually a joke all the reviews speak for themselves absolutely shockingNevermind that useless joke of a drive thru dont dare ask for ice cream.... This machine had been broken for at least a year..... No will to help customers clearly its too much of a effort from these clowns to clean the machine thats the real reason they dont serve ice cream as that machine needs to be cleaned in the evening and they are to lazy to do that so hey well done another customer who WILL NEVER set foot there again

I prefer this one to Brackenhurst KFC, but KFC in general has lost the plot.The food really lacks flavor.2 stars for always missing 1 or 2 items in my order....they always apologetic and tell you not to complain to Head office or the customer care number.They promise to replace but the person who offers replacement is never always there.Even though you ask them if all the items are in there, they rush you off and say yes, we checked.Waste of time and money, Ive lost about R380 in missing food items in the time that I used to spend buying from this store.

I arrived at the drive thru at 16:45pm. There was a limited menu available so we opted for the All-in-one 6piece meal for R99. 90 and 10 zinger wings for R54. 90.FIFTY MINUTES LATER we arrived at the front window to pay and collect our order.The cashier announced that my order is 4 dunked wings, so I remained calm and gave my order again.Lo and behold he returns to tell me itll be R186 and some change. So I asked why so much?!?!Very confused the poor man at the window who is clearly not trained properly ran to the supervisor, and came back to tell me Oh they only have the all-in-one plus meals available.So I asked what is different from the normal R99. 90 meal because its much more expensive, and I got told its larger chips!!!!Nevertheless we left the drive-thru an hour later with NO FOOD!!!!ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!!!! This is not the first time I receive short/wrong orders and poot service from this franchise.My previous complaints have gone unanswered, so I decided to post this publicly because places like this just get away with it all the time 😠
