What can I say... after a long and very dramatic Friday starting with no electricity and an insane amount of traffic we decided on a little spoil and I stopped at KFC Florentia for dinner.When I got home our All Star box meals were missing a piece of chicken each... I called the store and the Manager, Monica answered promptly. She immediately offered to send the missing items via Mr D. Within 20 minutes we had a delivery of not only the missing item but an entire box meal replacement.KFC Florentia, I hope you know what you have in this Lady. Well done...

I went there to buy wings on a 50/50 special. Guess what they messed up an order of 2X 4wings...1 of the packets of the wings had 3 instead of 4 wings...we had to turn back...Such an inconvenience really!!!!!

Service was excellent, very very clean restrooms, very good for people enroute the N17 towards Mpumalanga, very conveniently placed as well. The parking outside is big, providing space for a lot of vehicles. It is well placed and just great. I really enjoyed myself here.

My daughter was hungry so I stopped at the KFC . Really discussed in there behaviour . My daughter is 4 needed the toilet they begruged her to use it. So I said fine but if she peas on the floor they mustnt complain if she does she cant help it. So then guy ran to the manager the manager came to take her . But I followed. My daughter had no privacy the women watching her pea how any. How can a KFC berguge there clients to use the toilet . How be so heartless not to let child use there toilet . But you suport them buy there food

They are horrible. My fiancé and I walked in and waited in the queue to order,a gentleman ordered before us and we werent even noticed at the time. They closed the doors as it was close to closing time. They removed the teller with cash and rudely told us theyre closed...we didnt even order and they refused to make our order. I do hope the manager reads this as to how incompetent their staff are and that were not returning.

The DUNKEN WINGS I bought in this shop on the 23 of june around 11am were just boiled chicken wings. Please dont do that. Just tell the patrons that you dont have, instead of selling us such

The quality of KFC has deteriorated drastically in the past few years that I honestly cannot consider it adequate food anymore. I wouldnt feed a dog food from this place.

I dont think I have ever had to go back to the same KFC to return incorrect orders, or to claim missing pieces of chicken, or to complain about bad coleslaw as much as I have at this branch... And the attitude the staff throws your way when you return stuff is appalling.If you MUST have KFC in Alberton, rather go to the one at Alberton City or New Market, they at least try to make up for mess ups like that with an ice cream.

Its OK... Nothing to write home about... It really is a means to an end really. Like many things in South Africa these days the service is mediocre and the food is expensive. I think I am going to try machachos next.... Somewhere along the way I should get my moneys worth for a bit of a take away treat.

I have never been so disappointed in a kfc before as I am now. The chicken that they gave me is so full of oil that it leaked out onto my car seat if that wasnt enough my chicken was under cooked as well. The skin is not even crispy and the burger they gave me almost have no chicken on it. Next time I will rather take the drive to New Market.

Ordered the krunch slider, 9 of them. They would have kept R135 in chicken stock because we got no extra chicken as advertised, called them and complained, we were told to come collect the 9 chicken and we were told it was ready for pickup. We got there and where told to park outside and wait because it wasnt ready... 45 minutes later we got the 9 pieces of chicken... Im not one for a fuss but this was during working hours and they behaved very unprofessional... Worst of all, the person whom told us all this over the phone was missing when we got there... If you speak to someone by the name of (mind my spelling) Maloosy, please hang up, its not worth your time, just call again and hope you speak to someone more competent.
