Food tastes good as always...they can do better on their service though. The cashier kept us waiting for a good 5 to 10 minutes after dealing with a customer. She didnt even acknowledge us and at least inform us that she busy and will attend to us when done. Communication is key. When Im hungry I also dont want to be served a side of bad service.

Cant go wrong with Nandos. Always on pont since you can choose from a variety of flavours and other dishes. Its the only Nandos close by and is always packed, especially the drive thru....

Quick delivery. Food is awesome as usual. Only problem when you ordering for 14 ppl, do t pack all the food in one bag. Doesnt work out so well for the delivery guy. They did replace my chips that fell our of the broken bag. Always a pleasure having nandos.

Hmm it was what i needed good food that will cheer me up the chicken was nice with those yummy garlic and cheese rolls. The place was clean even when we arrived they cleaned it again in our presence as per covid-19 rules and regulations then we became free to put our hands on the tables and enjoyed our wonderful meal. Atleast we are sure about our safety when dining there.

Service is fast even during peak times. Staff are polite and friendly. Restaurant is clean and has a beautiful selection of South African art pieces

The best service Ive ever received on a drive through... the staff was very very kind. I was tempted to take the drive through again just to hear them speak nicely again.

Not a bad experience but they had 1 person at the till on a Friday night and after payday for some people...not Ideal.

Great food, terrible service, I suspect when the manager is not around the clowning from the staff becomes heightened. There was no governance at all, or maybe it was the lazy Sunday vibe.

Really experienced awesome service. The set up of this Nandos is a notch above the rest. Spacious, good for groups/family with their table settings. Very neat and service was on the ball. Food was well prepared, staff is honestly friendly and the atmosphere is vibey. First impressions last they say;-)

Their chicken didnt taste like Nandos. Its as if they boiled it then added Nandos source

I order an 8 piece cut full chicken and when I received it, it was mostly burnt.

Good Customer service and drive through turn around time was exceptional, was impressed by how clean the facility was outside.

The service very mediocre, they just cut the chicken without asking me, and the meat not properly done. I had to put it in the oven for a few more minutes to cook.

Fast with our food. Only problem was the drive thru staff dont help you in substituting stuff with your order like they do when you order inside. Other then that the food was good.

Lovely store recently opened. Love the Deco,quite nice and vibey. Service is great so far. The seats new and comfy. I hope the service levels wont drop. Plus they have a drive thru which is nice.

Very bad experience, I took my family to this nandos after a long time of not eating nandos, the food was terrible, I ordered 1/4 chickens with saucy rice, I got dry chicken with dry rice when I asked for my sauce they got it straight from the fridge and served it ice cold, the chicken wasnt fresh from the grill it looked like the one from the previous day that was warmed up in a microwave I ended up asking for a take away just to warm my food in my own micro oven, very disappointed

Poor service levels continues at this Nandos, order are not heard properly delivery of orders to the tables are extremely poor by the Nandos stuff... As for the lay out of the cutlery is as 8f they are doing the customer a favor... Then comes the quality of the food you just paid for... What you ask for what you get and what u paid for, well now you should be able to say they all must be aligned but nooooo they are all different, quality delivered for the price you pay... I never visit Nandos Alberton again.... Owners are most welcome to get in touch with me...

I and my friend we arrived 15 mins before the closing time 1 of the ladies incharge ran n closed the door she never even wanted to help us, she was very rude. It was a bad experience ever.

Attitude is a problem. The cashier taking orders was so aggressive I didnt enjoy my interaction with her. I stopped orderjng and my son did it for me coz i couldnt handle it. We ordered a veggie bowl and was given something else. Tried to reason it out with the waiter I was told thats whats on your receipt. Not going back there

Worst service ever, just told them to refund. Won’t waste my time ever again at this Nando’s. And it’s not the staff it’s the management of the store.

Food was good. On the drive through, the trash area door was open and the smell that entered our car was horrible, hence the 3 stars only.

Service time too long. Spent 45 minutes waiting for order. There only 4 people ahead of me

The drive thru is very organized and u dont wait more than 5 min for your order,they are fast and efficient, not to mention the quality of their food is something to write home to,, i have lived abroad for many years and traveled to many different countries for work ,,and now that i am back home i have tried quite a few upmarket places here as i am not a fast food person and am very particular of what i eat and a friend of mine got me to try nandos and i have a few times now and must say they definitely come up tops,, am very impressed with the way they serve their takeaway as well ,,,they deserve a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered a take away using a drive through, paidand collected. Guess what- no fork, no serviettes, no tooth pick not to mention a straw. How can this happen when all the above is needed in the Covid19 era😪😢😞😣
