This is the dessert I got from Nandos, even got my order wrong... This branch sucks!!

This is a great restaurant if youre looking for a quick bite. The food is good as well.

Your chicken was a baby chicken. And at over R250 for 1 chicken that was as tough as a rubber boot, with 2 sides sharing, so small and ice cold wedges + the Mr Delivery fee. You can send your chicken back to where you got that tough chicken from. Will never support your company again. Tired of companies thinking customers are dumb. Not worth the money. No value for money. And low quality food.

Another home away from home everytime I touch down in Meyersdal this is my first stop,super friendly staff and good service

My wife and myself took the grand kids out to spoil them. The place is Covid compliant and quite clean. The staff friendly and helpful and we all had Churros with caramel sauce and milk shakes. Really had a awesome time

Mr D Food App Rating - DFD49009374 - # 20906170Last night, as per usual Mr D Food order - I ordered the Full Chicken and Sides Meal (not noticing when I clicked on the app items that MY SIDES WERE COOL DRINKS! - LIKE USUAL, LIKE ALWAYS I clicked on my starch side dishes to choose from as well as my drink choices - now not noticing at this stage that it took my cool drinks as my side dishes only - THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED AND WE USUALLY GET CHICKEN, SIDE DISHES AND A COOL DRINK). Now please explain to me, HOW THE HELL 2 X 1.5LITRES OF COOL DRINKS ARE SIDE DISHES????? Being qualified in the food industry for almost 25 years, to my knowledge SIDE DISHES ARE SIDE DISHES - BE IT STARCH OR SALAD OR VEG OR BREAD OR WHATEVER - AND COOL DRINKS ARE DRINKS!!! NOT BLOODY SIDE DISHES! I paid R241 for 1 FULL CHICKEN AND 2 X 1.5LITRES OF COOL DRINKS! What a bloody a ripp off! - now I dont know if this is a Nandos problem or a problem on Mr D food app? But I was highly dissatisfied and my family left hungry BECAUSE I GOT COOL DRINKS INSTEAD OF CHIPS AND PAP (oh and also not the correct cool drinks we selected as you had no stock - seriously, do you know what stock take and ordering in advance, stock sheets, order sheets, etc. is?). So please sort out your advertisements that is either misleading or not properly applicated on the Mr D food app. We always buy the full chicken and side meal because my family loves it and I only buy from Meyersdal because their food is always delicious - last night, ja say no more...

The service I received from this nandos was far the worst experience ever received at nandos my entire life. I ordered food at 11:24 they promised to deliver at 12:15 at 12:40 I called to track my order the lady told me she doesnt know when il receive my order because they had water issues and the driver has left . okay on top of that the driver delivered a meal that was half not full while I paid him full price. I called several times one lady told me to come to restaurant ??? what? While I paid for delivery and I was at work thus I ordered for my food to be delivered not the other around. I then called head office they said my order is on the way ..my food only arrived after 15:00 after calling them the whole day worse the chicken was not well done and grilled like the way I know nandos chicken. I used to love nandos but after the experience I had yesterday Ive changed my mind. Im very upset and traumatised with your service.

Ordered the spicy rice with veg and chicken strips. It feels like nandos portions are becoming so small... Opened the box and it was half full - why am I paying R60 for half a portion of food Nandos? Definitely not value for money although it is very tasty. Wont recommend if youre ravishing.

Its so bad getting bad customer service from a so called manager. Will never visit this restaurant again, the previous time I had to wait forever for my order and the chicken was burnt.

Its Nandos, Good Tasty food. A little on the pricey side.I keep getting under cooked lukewarm chips at this Nandos though, which is irritating.

Ordered for Kerbside delivery - fully paid. I waited in the car for 15 mins. Decided to queue inside for another 15 mins just to get my order.Not going back there ever.

It is best place with all the shops you want especially Pick n Pay Lemon Tree where you find affordable prices.

I just placed an order with nandos meyersdal branchOur order n892 we received our food but the portions are like u feeding a 1 year old baby. No wonder nandos are doing so well make top dollar for a mini amount of food. I wont be ordering from the branch again.

This place is seldomly full to capacity which means that the service is quite good. From the time you place your order to you receiving it should take no more than 12 - 15 minutes depending on the size of your order.Although, its a bit pricier than its competitors, they usually have good special offers which offer more bang for ones rand. IThe only challenge I usually have with this branch is how often theyll get peoples orders wrong, apart from that its a good casual place for flame grilled chicken.

Got my order wrong, then no one was around to help correct it. Kind of the case of if you order 1 lemon and herb and one mild, then well 2 Hot it is. Flag and everything, order obviously was not read properly.

They handed out my order without verification, I had to do that by myself and some items werent packed... After querying they still gave me a wrong option!!! There was no apology afterwards 🤬

We order a kiddies meal which should come with 2 corn wheels... Recieved one and was cold. Ordered a grilled corn cob... Which was also cold and not grilled.Disappointed to have come home and get this.Not living up to their marketing.

Last time im ever ordering from them. Constant issues with the food quality, wings are always raw no matter how many times i ask for well done. Hot is not hot at all, never ever receive extra sauce. So tired of wasting money at this place
