I bought food, take away, I asked for a quarter leg chicken with extra sauce when I got home little extra sauce and I got the breast chicken. I also bought the green salad with chicken stripe and the lettuce wasnt fresh. Some of the lettuce was abit brownish. I was totally not happy with the salad as well the chicken I got.

Only does Nandos and this is one of our favorite Nandos stores. Well worth the 30Km drive from Meyerton to Brackenhurst. Phone and collect never fails and is effortless. Friendly instore staff that keeps the store neat and tidy. Personally never had any issues.

Ordered Crispy Chips instead I got raw ice cold chips...possibly still half frozen.This store is going down.Opted for chips as wedges are always raw.Chicken Burger was supposed to be mild but more on the Hot Side.What a bad deal and dinner spoiled.Cannot reach store only the call centre.

Ordered 2 wraps , one hot , one lemon and herb with pineapple with a starter livers.Wraps were watery and had NO FLAVOUR not even the basic which is SALT ! what made it worse is that I was craving for it all day just to be disappointed in the end . Expected much more 😔

She left us waiting for à long time and we even joked about it maybe she went to grind wheat first to make flour to bake.. only to return and ask us..did they give you your rolls? I was like did they? I know is lockdown but this incompetence is justt too much. The chicken was so dry like they were keeping it for us specially last night and it smelled rusty.it was a horrible outing of our week we ended up going out again one week in a row to one restaurant in East gate just to down our sorrows. I should give one star because it is not the first time nandos give us attitude. But hey.. business is not for this ladies with stinking attitude it is for great men with vision and this poor ladies need training in customer services.owners should invest in training!

The food was great but the service was poor. They do not give orders according to order numbers. There is also poor service from them workers that give orders. I feel that there should be people who deal with the ubereats/MrD orders and people who deal with orders for normal customers.

Presentation of food was not the greatest.Chasing away flies the whole time, had to flick off 2 cockroaches.Food rates okay though.

The food was very nice, its 1 of my favorite places when I want some fresh air, kids love this place too, theres a lot they can do including swimming and having fun.

This Nandos (Brackenhurst) is awful - the last few times weve placed an order here for delivery (today most recently) its been a mess. Missing items, totally incorrect items. And the food is never fantastic either... Management here should be fired and replaced. And theyre not quick about rectifying issues either. Absolutely dont recommend this branch - if you have to eat Nandos, try find another branch.

I did not hate it rather I was lied to by one staff member who took my telephonic order. She said my food would be ready at 18h40. I was there on time, paid & was told in a nonchalant way that my food is not ready. The manager too didnt seem to be bothered. So, yoo get zero, zero from this loyal customer of yours

The experience was not bad at all.Called 5 minutes ahead of time to place an order for collection. The person on the phone understood, the order wasnt incorrect when I arrived. The teller lady assisting me was friendly, I paid and waited maybe a minute before the meal was completed.I think all in all, it took maybe 8 minutes to have the order completed and ready before I was off again for another arrangement.The food was tasty as usual and I would go back again if I find myself in the area.
