I really like this butchery, their biltong is awesome and I enjoy their dry wors as well, the staff are very friendly and helpful. All in all a really nice shop to visit.

What an awesome experience. Found them on the web and booked a spit braai. I paid them without knowing ANYTHING about them. They delivered and collected the spit (and I didnt have to clean it). The lamb was absolutely delicious. I 100% recommend them.

Paid for 8kg Mona Lisa hamper . Got home looked less . Weighed it and it was only 4kg. Even the rump steaks were missing . This is not the first time Ive had this experience . I have been buying from here for the last 2 years . I will be buying elsewhere now . Clearly the loyalty to your customers means nothing .I used to enjoy my visits to this store but not amynore .

We have been buying from the meat gallery for years. Up until recently we have always experienced good customer service and product. Lately this has changed though, while the product is still of good quality, the customer service has gone down the drain. The employees are rude, they walk away while you are talking to them and then disappear. They make jokes in Afrikaans with each other about you if you order in English. We have also had a couple of times where there were things missing out of the meat hamper. Its really disappointing to see what is happening to this butcher as it used to be the best place for us to buy our meat.

Does not compare to the beef we get in Pretoria and biltong is outrageously expensive, R300/kg vs R199/kg....
