Poor service everytime you get there they tell you something is finished. Last time they couldnt make burgers cause they didnt have burger bread. Today they said their cups are finished for cold drink they only serve with bottle and you must add more money.Worse KFC Ive ever been to Hai its a problem that place

I made an order ubereats driver went to get the order and he was advised I cancelled the order, when on the app it updated who will deliver my order confusing how I on the app have a status saying order being prepared and yet they say I cancelled only the store is aware of the cancellation, I and the app guy have the ongoing status of the order been waiting for this order over 45 minutes

I was given small pieces of meat when I bought street wise 2.both pieces were very small and i had to wait for more than 15minutes to get my order

Bad service

Today I had to wait for my order for 33minutes even though it was a plain simple order. As much as I love KFC. I was so disappointed by this poor service & this is a first. I hope this wont happen again. The whole Beaconsfield KFC was ran by only a mare 4 people & they we very under staffed. This is so unfair... Please sort out this mess Urgently!!!!

Ive been sitting in KFC Rondebosch for like an hour. My order still has not been completed. All my friends have gotten their meals and finished eating. Went to ask what happened to my order about half an hour ago. They took the slip and nothing has been done since. What kind of fast food restaurant is this!?

The staff was rude tbh. But they let you stay in the restaurant as long as you want if you bought something. The food was good - not too oily. The vibe is chill tho.

The place is in Vereeniging CBD, easy to allocate and easily accessible, most of people are getting their food there while there are in town.

Staff not so friendly, too comfortable - customer ralations still lacking.
