I spent R34 for this trash??? How i nicely asked for one piece to be a thigh and I get a chicks thigh that also looks like a taste was taken.??

The lady at the window who gave my food to me was really rude and unfriendly. I asked her to be happy and smile but she treated me as if she was doing me a favor. Really disappointing

The service was the best. As for the quality and size of chicken made me to realize that KFC EVATON MALL / KFC THABONG PLAZA it is not on the same standard.

I prefer to go to KFC Arcon Park even though I live in Meyerton ... good service .... do not wait long and order always right...

I ordered drumsticks, they gave me chicken breasts and the only drumstick I got looked bitten.

The lady at the drive thru window was very rude, after i ask about my order to make sure we didnt miss anytging she ignored me and just took my money and gave me my slip, after we got our food have the order was wrong and didnt even add the extras i asked for

At the drive thru the ppl rude and not helpful. Iv had multiple altercations with them. Sometimes they dnt even get my order right

The nuggets at kdx are not good. McDonalds are way better.I bought the nugget box which comes with a burger too......wasnt tastey .....nuggets need a sauce.....but still the McDonalds nuggets are the best.

Order two oreo Sunday and a mixed berry Sunday and the drive through screen showed the correct order, but I had to pay R120 for something I didnt ordered! I only see its the wrong order once I have to pay for it. Never going to order here again! And then I get told by the staff that it must be my order since I paid for it.

For some reason, they dont have all ingredients in stock. Food quality is not good, buns are not fresh, I dont know whats happening with this branch.

Well Done to KFC Arcon Park for their great service even though it was packed. I arrived there at 19h00 on a payday Friday and was greeted with about 30 cars in the drive-through and about 20 people inside. I opted to go inside and was greeted by a friendly lady at the door who sanitised me and took my temperature. Even though the inside was packed, the lady at the counter greeted me warmly, helped me efficiently, explained to me just how long I would need to wait to receive my order and all of this in about 2 minutes. The wait was a lot less than I was told and I didnt see 1 upset customer, as we were explained too from the onset and knew what we were in for. Everyone climbed in to assist from carrying food out to customers cars to the lady at the door doing crowd control. My order was 100% correct when I got home and the food was still piping hot, so well done KFC team and management - as the Terminator said Ill be back!!

The service is great and so far, the employees that helped me have been friendly and and honest.

The best dunked burger in town friendly service with a quick turn around time with food, lovely seating area and very modern look, Id recommend visiting KFC arcon Park as there is plenty parking space available compared to the hustle and bustle of vereeniging town and the high risk of being mugged!

It was amazing the hospitality was out of this world. We dont have electricity in arcon park and I have a vac machine that keeps draining my wound they allowed me to charge it. Im humbled. Thank you very much team KFC at arcon park. You dont know it but you saved my life

Ordered a crunch slider meal and found at home it is a single very dry hamburger and not what was ordered. We also ordered a streetwise 5. At the pay window they were not aware of it and have to add it. The person who take the orders need a wake up call. We phoned in to notify

Apart from close to home, I can honestly say I have never an oily old meal out of there. The food is always fresh and the service is friendly and good. Further to this is the shop nice and clean. It is one of the best KFCs I have been to nationwide

Was very disappointed with (1)the drivethru service,took me fourty minutes to collect my order(2) couldnt order what i wanted because of broken cold drink machine (3)the chicken quality,my dog didnt even ate it,dry and taste less.burnt outer layer. (4) cashiers attitude realy rude. Wont see me again

Absolutely disgusted everytime we order food at this kfc. Chips old and cold, burgers with old garnish and NO sauce. Kfc pops only filled 1/4 of the container. We always leave with half our food not put into the packet and have to go back and get drama from manager to give us what we initially ordered and paid for. Absolutely disgusting food. Never to return again. Kfc in meyerton will get our business.

If ask them I dont want wings in my 15 piece barrel. They said its ok they will not. Then someone remove my order from the system. 45min later I ask where is my things they didnt know. They had to do my order over again. Really bad and not even something extra for there fault.
