The ladies there were very friendly and offered great service. We enjoyed the sundaes and milkshakes. Took home dinner!

I will never go there again, I bought a nine piece for R124,90 through their drive through and I was told that my order doesnt appear on the screen where I should be getting my slip,that was fine but to my surprise they gave me nine drumsticks!!! Boom just imagine the audacity...I love KFC but Three Rivers neeverrrrr

The service tonight was exceptional! We ordered online ended up in the drive through of the wrong kfc, phoned through 2min before closing, the still freshly prepared my order while i could wait comfortably in the warm restaurant for my fresh food. Really amazing service!!!! Thank you!!!

KFC Three Rivers should be removed from Uber Eats service. 3 times I have attempted to order from them using UberEats and every time my order is canceled. Im now GATVOL with KFC. If you are unable to serve clients using UberEats then unregister from the Service. Pathetic!

The foods is good and the building is awesome after the face-lift

The service is great but if they could concentrate more on the people coming in, to place an order or even collect one. Its like there should be someone at the door that could welcome us so we dont have to wait on the queue for so long before we could even place an order.

Since the revamp of the franchise, service has been fast and friendly, food was great, drive thru is very convenient

Their online system was a mess, waited 25min for my order. But I was a bit horrified when I noticed that not a single staff member had gloves on when handeling our food and I mean they grab a fist full of fries and chuck it in the container with their bare hands, this is extremely unhygienic (especially during covid) and unacceptable.

Their service is quick and the kfc is big enough unlike most of the KFCs I know

Service is pathetic.I always wait more than 30min in a queue that isnt even that long.They never put the right stuff in my order and I always have to send it back or wait for something they forgot to put in.Maybe they should stop revamping their franchise and start using that money to hire more staff as they are clearly short on staff.

The lady that was on the counter just left us there without telling us that she will be back then when we ask can u pls help us she responded with an attitude that she is coming

I have experienced bad service... A Very low standard of their final product. If you complain about anything you get given... Special treatment where managers will assist you instead of coaching their cashiers.... Im extremely disappointed.

Finding a cashier at the till is always a bonus. Stick to the drive thru but give allow yourself at least 20minutes waiting time. Orders have to be placed at the pay station window. The only consistent thing is the slow service, been like that for years!Edit- 16/06/2021 - unable to serve breakfast at 10am, utterly useless!

Tried KFCs online order system and it proved to be quick and simple. You choose your preferred outlet to pick up or deliver and can choose to pay at the outlet self as well. Unfortunately I went through the drive-through just after 14h00 and the queue moved quite slow. Not sure if online orders have a different checkout procedure. Otherwise no complaints, the Zinger Burger (x2 for R60) was hot and fresh 🍔👌

Their service is very poor, I keep going back but not as much as I would like hoping for a better service. At times I think its because theres no competition like nandos or chicken licken in three Rivers. Its like they are not even using KFC recipes. At times I even forget that Im eating KFC but home made.

Kfc three rivers was closed due to maintenance, we dont know of its just renovation and they will be back or theyre gone for good.

I just bought a burger meal and the bun was so stale that it would break your teeth if you tried to bite into it. Completely unfit for human consumption. How can KFC allow to sell food that is clearly too old sell? I definitely wont EVER buy from there again. Does anyone even do quality control checks at this establishment?

Closed at 19h00... Why??? According to KFC website they are supposed to be open till 23h00 depending on the day. Will be loosing alot of business... They also show they open at 06h00 in the morning but no staff is even close by that time of the morning.

Worst experience ever, a cashier by the name of Malekhoa refused for me to choose my pieces and gave me bad attitude. When I got home I found that 2 of my pieces were replaced by hotwings pieces. Not the biggest fan of KFC, my son loves pops though.The staff are ALWAYS friendly there and smile and greet effortlessly. The drive through freaks me out a bit as once you are in there you are stuck. No room for emergency exit.Have had different experiences with the food there. Have had amazingly freshly fried chicken on some days and on others we had really oily, not so fresh chicken. May be best to go when they are busy. 🤷‍♀️
