Best Tasting KFC in Vanderbijlpark.... Efficient services...

Good food, poor service, especially at the drive thru side. On two separate occasions I was refused service because I was 5 minutes before breakfast time ended, the lady told its no longer being served. When I tried to explain that it was 10:25 she told me her watch says 10:30 and that was that.

Not every seat can be occupied due to lockdown restrictions. But the franchise is fairly quick and very convenient. They are keeping up to standards in terms of safety.

I went through the drive thru. Service was fast and food was fresh and warm upon receiving it. All in all not a bad experience, however if they do get busy the wait can be a bit long, which is understandable but still not enjoyable.

Staff was friendly and the drive thru was very quick. I enjoyed my takeaway 😋

The service is slow. the drive thru design makes no sense, if you are walking in and drive thru is full your parked in until someone is nice enough to give you an opening....

What an bad attitude from the drive thru staff.... From bad tone to an annoyed bored disgusted facial expression eventually led to the Wrong order being taken, had to wait longer for my food, while All in all I remained calm😊.Please teach your staff manage their emotions, whatever problems the lady had shouldnt affect her work n customer service please. The drive through is extremely bad. Been waiting on the drive through for almost 40 minutes and its not the first instance. Need to improve this. The worst thing also is that one can not drive out of the drive through as there are cars behind and infront.

This is the worst KFC franchise I have ever been too. The service is nothing less than pathetic!. Their machines are always off line, the driver through is just as good as walk ins. I cant find one good thing about this store other than the food its self.

I had a good customer experience. The waiter was sociable. Food was prepared and presented to me in less than five minutes. The food was fresh, warm, and tasted good. It was clear the zinger wings had just been fried, they were hot and crispy. The soda was nice and ice cold.

I thought the Vanderbijlpark branch had bad service and food. Wow this place doesnt know what service is. 43 minutes wait at the drive through. Two vehicles ahead of me today. One person serving the entire drive through and one at the front counter. Three to four staff in the office the entire time. People getting out of their cars while in the line and placing the order at the counter and being served before any vehicle. KFC has gone to the dogs. You cant complain about service as there is none.

Service is terrible. Rather find another branch. We waited 40 min in the drive thru. Only 3 cars in front of us. Only had 1 window open, so only one car was helped at a time. Order taken and waited for meal at the same window. Seems like they cant multi-task. Or just couldnt be bothered !!

Yhoo, worst KFC Ive ever been to. Bad service, even worse food and absolutely horrible krushers. Their krushers are half full, they dont have a lot of flavour.Buying at this KFC in particular is huge waste of money.I dont think Ill go there again, eventhough its the closes one to me.Ive never been so unhappy with a kfc before.If there was an option of -5 oh they would have it.

I just bought streetwise 2chips today around 18:40 and the meat wasn’t well cooked, it is still red and watery. I can only eat the crunchiness on the outside. I am really not happy, what do you suggest I do now?

Pathetic service, unfriendly staff. Also their cooldrink machine isnt working but they charge me an extra R11 per meal for bottle cooldrink. Check your slips when buying there, they charge you extra without telling you. I wouldnt have know if I didnt check.

I went with friends late at 9pm. So we went by the drive-thru and they asked us to wait for 20 minutes because they didnt have chicken. Ah!Cool, we waited but it was longer than 20 minutes. The food came but there were no serviettes or seasonings 😢For a point, they did bring the food to us at the parking lot. And the staff isnt that bad.The order window isnt working BTW. But its a cool place. 👌

The service was very poor, we waited at the drive through for a long period of time then we decided to go and order inside but there we waited another 30 minutes but the food was good. I guess they were worth the wait.
