I like the service level of the clinic. I comment the department for making different units within the clinic for mother and child separately with the unit for the ill. All units are segregated, with each having its own reception and nurses. The only down side of the clinic is that theres no parking. No patient cars are allowed within the premises. In this regard, youll have to figure out on your own as to where to park. It becomes a little bit challenging because the clinic is on the road side and space is very much limited.

I like the klipfontein view Midrand service, every time I consult at your clinic the level of service never changes especially your nurses wow they so friendly and helpful to an extend that you even feel free to ask anything, they really passionate about their Job they actually enjoy what they doing. Welcome at reception is top notch. The clinic Stuff is amazing, efficient and it never feels like you’re in a clinic but home. 😀😀😀😀😀🤞🤞🤞 I give them 💯. All their stuff is helpful and friendly. Sister Lindiwe, Sister Emmision and Doctor Eric. These are the people I had a personal encounter with.

Got my free covid test done here. Very efficient & the sister was patient with me while I struggled with the oral swab.

I would like to compliment Philani Ngwenya with his exceptional level of service, the love he has for his work is so admirable. He is willing to explain and go extra mile to help the patient with so much strength. Themba Mthembu is the best, the service i got here is out of this world. I didnt expect such a service from the public hospital. He went extra miles by taking my details since the sister was in the meeting. I cant explain how wonderful this man was to me. May God bless him

The baby clinic service is amazing. My 4 year old and 1 year old have been coming here for their immunisation. You can book an appointment so you plan properly as you would in a private clinic. When you have questions or call to make appointments, they call you back. Amazing admin staff and nurses who are friendly. This clinic is proof that our public services can work well if managed properly. Well done to everyone, we appreciate you.

It has become inefficient since they stopped with the appointment system. Now you wait 3hrs at best.With the appointment system it was 40 mins tops.

I contacted this clinic for the past 2 weeks regarding a 6 year old immunization. They had stock. I did not require an appointment and Friday 3:30pm was confirmed. I called several times confirming the above. Today was the day to go. I decided to contact them this was a nightmare I was told by Clifford no one can help me, then a lady told me why cant I come on a week day and just dropped the call. Unprofessional. Please can someone give me the managers details.

The worst public clinic Ive ever visited in my life. The mother and child receptionist have to sacked with immidate effect not to mention the receptionist at the main clinic.As a Medical Doctor in a public sector Im ashamed of our system and Ill definitely make sure the department of health hears about the terrible treatment towards patients at this clinic

2 hour wait for immunisations, but the nurses are lovely!

Absolutely disgusting. The lady who works for me described her experience with the nurse this morning as humiliating and degrading. The clinic opens at 7am but apparently the sister there thinks pitching up at 9am and then taking a tea break first thing is acceptable. She is also selling face cream which seems to be her main business. Well, well see about that.

The queues are short and the staff is amazing.

Horrible experience.I had my brothers 8year old with a bad skin rash.The child was not even given injection or any medication.After waiting from 7am to 2pm only was given some tube cream which it did not even do anything.

Took my 13yr old son for immunization today and was done within an hour and the admin and nurse were very friendly.

Lady at the reception or help desk area is rude and disgusting. Shouts peoples names and asks in front of all the patients, asking what one came to do. Also disappears from help desk every 5 minutes. Appalling treatment to black people by a black person
