Was quite disappointed! More embarrassed by the lady who assisted me at the front desk, at admin. To be spoken to so poorly and impatiently regarding my codes and what could and could not be captured for my medical aid, more disturbing was being told my discovery medical aid is illegal to suggest my oncology code be used! Later I did get an apology and got told please pay upfront, which was fine, however the lack of empathy or understanding regarding admin codes took more presidence than seeing a person seated in front of her. Definitely will let my doctor know I will not be visiting this centre again. The actual doctor was great and the lady who did my monogram was lovely! Pity your front line people can really give a business a bad feel by not being polite!

This is a truly well-designed, warm and well-organised clinic. I was beyond impressed with the clinic itself, as well as the staff - front reception , radiology and doctors where all friendly, informative and supportive. I am very grateful that my first experience here was so positive, thank you.

For me there is only one place to go for mammograms and that is to the Bone and Breastcare Centre in Morningside. The staff are incredible and do everything possible to make a very unpleasant procedure bearable. Many thanks for the great service and empathy!
