I have been to the clinic a few times and I must say Wendy is exceptional. Her counseling has helped in way that I didnt think was possible. I would recommend her services anyone. The atmosphere at the clinic is always warm and welcoming.

Very first time seeing a friendly nurse, not only kind and friendly to my mom but to all the clients she was attending to while I was relaxed on the orange couch...keep up the amazing work, your face is full of kindness , smile, communication skills its awoooow💓. When I asked for the ladies , she took me there just to first check if it was clean since there were young boys who were there for circumcision... I will reccommend Healthcubes , I will go there just to watch her do what she loves. MumWendy keep up the good work👏👏👏

I went to the see a doctor in 2020 multiple times. They have different doctors and when you go in you being placed with a different doctor or one of your choice.On those times I went, they took my blood and I was never told that a lancet private account was created only finding out later through lancet debt collectors that I owe about R1400 that I need to pay.I reached out to them multiple times, went to their office and communicated over the phone where they kept on delaying me. After two months of delaying they handed me over to Nhlanhla Mpande who is their managing director who we kept on communicating over whatsapp and always told me he is dealing with my quiry and will come back to me. After a while he came back with a letter, telling me that they have carried an internal quiry and it is Healthcubes policy that as it is displayed in their reception that the client remains responsible for their account regardless of them accepting medical aid. I mean, they never told me that they never charged from my medical aid, in fact they did charge my medical at the same time still charge separately on the Private account of Lancet.It further says that I had 120 days from date of service to request Lancet to charge, how did I know? When only lancet debt collectors started calling me later? They said I need to enter into agreement with them to pay off?Advice, dont use their services if this is how they treat their patients.I hope that you do your business fair in order for your business to be successful

First time experience going to this facility and the first nurse was friendly to help, after I see the doctor for the payment the receptionist was so slow and talking to the staff then to help,and they speak to much Zulu with the client they make it first language for everyone which i wasnt happy about cause I am not a Zulu. But after all I love how dr Ndlovu handle the client matter so confidently private. I will still recommend it, only the receptionist who speak Zulu with everyone that comes there.

The staff was unprofessional when I called to make an appointment (I had to call twice). When I arrived at the surgery they told me that the doctor is leaving for an emergency. Reception lady wasn’t even courteous. I was annoyed really. The least you can do or be towards someone that’s obviously not well is be professional and polite.

A very professional medical centre indeed...My family received a very warm welcome from the Receptionist in front by the entrance throughout to the Dental Side we received a great service...Their staff is very friendly and prices are reasonableDefinitely coming back✔️

Would rate a 0 star if I could.No sanitising of equipment between patients whilst were in the midst of a global pandemic, I had to request the area being sanitsed before a BP cuff was put on me. The room I was left waiting in for over 40mins with no word from any staff had hair on the sheets and pillow.After all that, for just a bandage dressing on my foot which goes for an easy R60 at clicks down the passage (I checked), they wanted to charge a procedure fee of R180 when the doc didnt even apply an ointment or administer any meds.Definitely wont be using this practice in future, wouldnt recommend to anyone that needs medical attention in an emergency as well, the waiting time isnt suitable for emergencies.

Very affordable health care and the Dr I went to was very good. You cant book so its all walk ins but Ive never found a long line every time I went there. They accept medical aid but not on weekends.

The staff are friendly, but the service I received was very poor... I was misdiagnosed twice, going to them with the same problem two times and still charge the normal price. I had to go to another doctor who helped me. Ill never go back

Dr Thabethe is a pleasure to consult with. He took his time to fully explain my diagnosis and new way of life. He was patient, friendly and professional. Im grateful to have him walk me through and bring me to terms with my condition.

Very poor service, I am still waiting for my claim (over a double payment) which I submitted over 6 weeks ago and I still have not received my payment. I have had to call every week just to get an update only to speak to different people, none of which seem to know what is going on. No follow up, no money received. I am extremely unhappy with this practise!

The dentist side is a problem, not professional at all. I phoned 3 times to make an appointment , couldnt get through. When i finally got through the receptionist took my number and was gonna phone me back after checking the dentists diary. She never phoned back till today. Id definitely not recommend this place. No customer service at all

The place is neat, but i had the worst service ever, the receptionist was very slow had to wait for 2 hours to be attended and there was only 1 patient before me

The place is clean and neat,but the staff is rude and you get a phone call months after you have consulted stating that you owe money to the practice for medication ,when you ask them what medication,they can’t even tell you,it has happened to me twice. Total rip off !

They told me I was pregnant! I immediately changed my diet and had told my man. When I went on my periods I consulted with another doctor who tested me negative and double checked again the following week still no baby! I furiously confronted them and they put the blame on the equipment supplier, how is that any of the clients problem after they have paid? I am still psychologically affected after they had me believe I was pregnant.Its literally right next to my place but i would NEVER go back.

Dont think Ive ever met a receptionist as friendly as here. I would come here just to experience this friendliness!I would say have more seats in the waiting area, was quite cramped up when I was there.

Not the best equipment (sonar), but Dr service n consultation is good. Inadequate antenatal class care, never even got the ANC booklet

Their service is very very bad. I just came from there, I waited for 1hr and still there was no one to attend to me. The Doctors attend people who came in 30min after me. I over heard one of the nurses telling the doctor to attend other people because they are in a rush, I dont know what gave her the impression that I wasnt in a rush. I wouldnt advise any one to go, because this is the second time, i experience bad service from this place.I got there at 16:57 and i walked out at 18:00 on this date: 06/11/2018

Very rude ,I just called now to ask for quotation on consultation. And if theres a gynecologist and the lady was rude and hung up while Im talking ,thank goodness Im did waste my time going there terrible service over the phone now imagine if I had to go there ,

I went there when I was 6 months pregnant for a scan and to find out my babys gender, I was not happy with the way the scan looked, I couldnt even see my babys head, when I asked the doctor he said they are u sing 2D scan and the image will be very poor, well what I saw was a blank scan and of course they couldnt even see the gender, after paying R480 for nothing... I even threw away the copy of the scan coz it was blank, their bby scan machines are realy bad, my husband and I we were so disappointed whereby same day we went to see Dr Cassim, my surprise his scan was so clear and also got my babys gender for R400, with 2D scan, he even showed me the inner organs of my baby and I wish I never wasted my money going to Healthcubes in Randburg ...

I’ve been going to this dr for check ups and I recently went there because they made a mistake on my sick note. The female dr refused to help me I had to wait more than and hour, while she assists other patients and yet I got there first thing in the morning. All I needed was my letter corrected but she failed to do that

I used to wait 3 hours to see my GP. Since coming to HealthCubes the longest I have waited was 15 minutes. I love it.

I went there 2 weeks ago and was misdiagnosed and made to think that I could die anytime in the week or coming week. Im so disappointed that both doctors that were present agreed on something wrong. Some advice for your doctors: dont make a diagnosis for something you are not sure of , afterall we know you are GPs so rather refer the patient to go and see a specialist BUT dont diagnose people wrongly. After this incident you will never see me there again

Worst service ever. My girlfriend was there just now and they just made her sit in the doctors room for an hour and until she Just walked out. When she asked about the doctor they just said hes got an emergency. Later on the doctor walked in with an couple not even caring about the fact that my girlfriend has been waiting there for so long.
