Lovely garden location, running water, lots of birds, shady and spacious, ideal for social distancing and safety. Really tasty food and great service. What I really enjoyed about the Pizza is the crispy thin base that really makes the pizza special.

Lovely decent tranquil Italian restaurant situated on Main road in Fourways/Sunninghill, I love coming here with kids and one my own.The food is tasty and fresh the pizzas is awesome, very very relaxed setting surrounded by roses and a nursery nearby.The pricing for the food is well priced , I love old school cool authentic cutlery. The waiters service is okay I feel sorry that they can’t get there tips via machine swipes, so come with extra cash for the tip.Overall happy feeling relaxed environment worth every visit.

Used to be a great place but has gone down a bit

Before ordering our food two of our members wondered away from the table to enjoy a vape. When I went to join I was shouted at from across the outside seating area, being recalled like a runaway pet instead of approaching us like human beings and asking us to leave the so-called restricted area. Rather erect a sign to notify people and ensure the gate is closed when there are customers. Reading previous posts of Manager Marks treatment towards customers, my only recommendation is stay away. Other staff members were great.

Management Mark has a seriously bad attitude regarding the kids, animals and his own restaurant nursery staff. Specifically hes abusive to sum stray cats and his own so called animals on the property.My 12yr old son had a nasty experience with the said owner, which has left my son very distraught.It appears to me, that this individual is some what, a pitefull, vindictive person, with no morels and no regard for people/kids or animals.The waiters and kitchen staff were superbly professional in handling of the situation, considering the way they were ill treated and spoken to during our dinner.After witnessing this first hand we were further shocked to be informed that this ill tempered abuse is ongoing on a daily bases.It is of our opinion that neither any of our friends or family will frequent your premises or be seen at Giovanni restaurant nursery and/or stables ever again.Makes me wonder how he treats his tenant horses and kids.This will cost u your business.

We went for supper last night.Food was good BUT unfortunately the atmosphere was dead, no music, lights were intrusive as one wants to eat in a pleasant warm light. Service wasnt the best at all as waitress and company were busy on their phones. The place has potential but is in serious need of a clean up or makeover.

Pizza is lovely n affordable. I used to prefer Debonairs for pizza but not anymore. Rustic setting where one can relax, work on his computer or have a meeting. If the outside area was cleaner than what l regularly see, l would give 5 *

Food was good. Good ambience. The waitress that we had got a bit irritated with me for asking if I could substitute penne for Fettucini. Her attitude remained that way till the end of my meal regardless of the fact that I chose not to ask her any further irritating questions.

Food was delicious, and came quickly. At some point the owner came out and handed me a sprig of lavender. 10/10

They did not even give me a chance to taste the food. Seems like the waiter did not understand English. I specifically asked for a smoking table and he sat us outside where there was no other person. Just take note that this was LUNCH TIME. After lighting up a cigarette and ordering one drink, the waiter told us to smoke out of the terrace. Just left and would never go back.

We ordered the large Sangria as per the menu. The waitress brought us a small one. We queried this, and when we were finished the small one she brought us another one. When the bill arrived we were charged the higher price for two sangrias and the manager refused to change things.Avoid.

Used to go there frequently, but they had a owner change and firstly the prices sky rocketed and also made a freind of mine very ill after eating their pasta. Unfortunately due to the above I will not be returning there
