Pleasant and friendly service at the medication counter, but definitely can’t be said about the ground staff and payment station staff - rather unhelpful and a unfriendly tone. I have to wonder why? This is a recurring experience. Come on Clicks, at least train your staff on better costumer care services.

Customer service is very poor there, one cashier by the name of hemilton was pointing fingers at me like he wanted to fight me, there prices are scanning wrong at the tills and that not a customers problem.I hate shopping there , pharmacy not helpful at all, out of stock for chronic medication , woow I am not impressed at all

Nice quiet store, has everything and often more so than the bigger stores. The store is clean and tidy, friendly dispensary.

Clicks why have your staff not been trained to wear masks? Visors protect them but not your customers. I saw a packer sneezing all over the body products that she was packing away. Oh yes- and only cash sales today?
