My acne and melasma journey with Skin Renewal started in 2010 at the Parkhurst branch where I met Dr Marilyn and the staff. The experience I had with them was absolutely amazing. I then moved to the Fourways branch in 2011, this is where I met the likes of Dr Maureen and Dr Leston and their staff. Their service here also is just magnificent. My current doctor is Dr Lilli, I met her in July for my melasma consultation, great experience. She handed me over to Helen, she is the sweetest person ever, I feel absolutely at home with her every time. Ever since I started doing the treatments with her my skin has shown a huge difference, I see it, people around me see it, just today only I met two people I hadnt seen in a while and they told me they are seeing a big change with my skin and its been only two treatments. I am very pleased really and I cannot wait to see where my skin will be in a few months. As someone who was skeptical and apprehensive about doing laser hair reduction on my facial hair, I can say that Lourita is friendly and professional and she put my mind at ease and explained what was to be expected from the treatment. I have had 4 sessions so far and I am seeing good results. If you are a male and your beard gives you ingrown hairs and folliculitis I would definitely recommend it.

I started my skin renewal Journey on the 28th of January with Dr. Lili and Cece. Today was my second treatment and my skin is looking great. I have seen a 360 from where I was when I started. I had bad pigmentation after pregnancy on my face and the skin in my tummy area was not toned and tight, I didn’t want to have surgery to have this fixed. Lourita helped me get rid of my pigment and she did my skin tightening and stretch mark treatment on my tummy area, giving me confidence again I once had.

Such a lovely place to visit, with the friendliest faces behind the desk! I just love visiting.

Travelled especially to see Dr Maricia as stated in website shes a qualified Doctor so I assumed since being listed on the website as Dr she can properly examine my mole. Upon walking in the treatment room I was sitting at the desk and she asked how she can help. I said Id like my mole examined then maybe removed. She walked over to where I was sitting looked at it for a split second and said yes I can remove it. Very strange as I have not been at all examined and have not even been under a light to really check it. Therefore I then asked if shes a dermatologist but she said no, Im an estheticianwhich, since being one myself I know its far from being a doctor. I feel the website advertise falsely and it needs to be corrected!
