How frustrating, I do not even mind that my delivery is a few days late at this point I just dont want to be lied to anymore. I keep getting promised that it will come today then I make arrangements and cancel all my plans for the day but then they just do not show up, no notice or any communications.

They do not deliver on the day they say the delivery wil occur. While you wait indefinately for your order, they do not communicate with you prompty when they are late with deliveries to inform you where the issue is. You are just left with a useless tracking website that is not updated timeously either.

No issues. Placed my FNB order on Monday, recieved communication from Digital Planet on when to expect my order, recieved reminder sms from them, the courier company then contacted me, and I got my device a day earlier than expected. Very Happy.

Hey guys. Last time you used RAM couriers I received my package on the promised date. This time you used another courier company and these guys keep pushing out the dates and when trying to call them they answer but hang up on you.I’d consider sticking to a company that respects your professionalism. The guys I’m waiting for certainly don’t.

This is the worst delivery company. Ive placed an order with Vodacom 3 weeks ago and have not yet received my order. Both Vodacom and Digital planets customer service staff are pathetic and cannot assist with delivering my item. Ive send more than 10 emails to all available contact emails and their phones arent answered. Please avoid buying anything from the Vodacbucks or any service related to Digital Planet.

The service rendered by Digital Planet via their contact center is appalling. I truly hope that FNB looks into making use of a different service provider for their device sales. For over a month, nobody has or can effectively manage expectations, queries or keep me as a customer up to date. Ive taken delivery of a defective unit almost over a month ago, and to date, I still sit with it. I strongly suggest looking at other alternatives before any sort of dealings with this organisation.

I am happy to say that my query and complaint was dealt in a very professional and speedy manner.Not only was my package delivered on time but the customer service completely exceeded my expectations.I understand sometime there are setbacks but its the way Digital Planet deals with these that have earned them a 5 star rating!Great thanks to Lebo in the call center and Whitney Du plessis in the website queries department!

They are just as useless as the delivery company they use (Ram). You try and call and they never answer, and if you lucky and they do, they just pass the buck to someone else. I will be having a chat with my banks branch manager and informing them they should not use this service as it is going to loose them business if they continue....

I dont easily give a zero, I will always discuss it with my peers and colleagues first, and even then I will make sure I stick to the facts and keep emotion out of it. I feel justified in giving a 1-star in this case. Absolutely NO way to escalate my issue, nobody to talk to, hours on the phone, no emails. Not a good shopping experience at all, and it is pushing me to consider purchasing from other vendors who care more about their customers.

So I ordered an iPad from FNB.From the notifications and the reviews posted here, I was expecting the worst, however from the get go, FNB interactions were smooth, as were the status notifications from Digital Planet, and the final delivery from RAM couriers was again uneventfully successful.So all-in-all, very happy with the level of service I received :).

I was considering using Digital Plant for some of my companies reverse logistics. I have about 2000 parcels that needs to be collected per month on a slow month. DP you have just lost this business. You ask Why - Express delivery that should have taken place between 8 and 12 today. It has not taken place. Calling the call center I will get a call back, 40 minutes later I called again new agent : Cannot phone the driver : Then I phone again asking to speak to SIYA. He is the supervisor but is working from home so I got pushed back to the call center and ask for different manager on duty. 5 minutes later still nothing. I will not do business with a company like yours.

I got promised a delivery within 5 to 7 working days just to be informed by Digital Planet that it will take them a MONTH to deliver the goods that were purchased. I dont understand why FNB does business with this company. This is by far the slowest delivery times I have ever had to deal with. They are unwilling to do anything to assist or speed up the process. Thank goodness the purchase was not a gift for someone else.Reply to owner: The order number is FNB731828. Our estimated delivery date is 14 January. I really dont mind waiting the 5 to 7 working days but to wait a month for a delivery is not nice. It was never communicated to us that it could potentially take longer. Only after querying this it was mentioned that the package cant be handed over to the couriers before January.

DO NOT RECOMMEND... I received a text message with a date that I would receive my package, I stayed an extra 2hours at work, was on the line for an hour before being told my package was not even on delivery. I am shocked that FNB use them as their couriers.

Terrible terrible service! Over promise and under deliver...what should have taken 3 - 5 days is taking over 2 weeks. The call centre is impossible to get through to. They add absolutely no real value to the supply chain they actually will RUIN your companys reputation if you use them. Please dont support this company they are truly terrible.

I have received no response or communication of when I will actually receive my order since the 7 days have passed. The call center does not answer the phone and after 5/6 minutes the operator just says Good bye and ends the call. Please FastTrack my order, cannot wait for days on end

They dont follow up on orders, took 4 days and a call from me for them to realise that they need to verify my Tv license before despatching. Its been 8 days since then and no delivery. They are incompetent and dont know whats going on. A total of 13 days since order was placed. Ive been on the phone with them everyday and all they can say is that its with the courier. Why would the courier keep deliveries for that long and not despatch??

I placed an order on Friday 13th Dec 2019 and shortly after received a SMS to update delivery info. I tried this about 5 times and each time the self-service portal returned an error. Eventually a consultant called me today and when we eventually got the delivery address saved he said I’d receive delivery on 10 January 2020! That’s almost a month from date of order confirmation but they state 3-5 working days and I’m based in Randburg, not exactly outlying. It’s embarrassing that going into 2020 you can still deal with service providers who’s technology is so poor. Worst of all, I’ve previously received about 4 deliveries without hassle so it seems the service is just starting to slowly landslide into deterioration. I can’t recommend them due to this unfortunate disappointment and have cancelled the order. Minus 1 star.Reply to owner response: A delivery arrangement has been made, thank you**UPDATE: The company professionally and efficiently resolved the issue, very thankful for the prompt and professional assistance received.**

Can you give a -5 star rating? How is it possible for such a terrible company to still be in business for over 14 years, and have big contracts with FNB and Vodacom etc. There call center is absolutely useless and keep saying sorry we understand but does absolutely nothing to help, and when they actually speak they lie and lie and lie. The call center team leader Siabonga should be fired for promising delivery and when you call to follow up he says sorry he cant do anything else, I will need to wait for stock to be allocated to my order, so according to him stock has not even been allocated yet on the day it should have been delivered. The call center manager Lebogang is never available and always in meetings. Maybe they all should stop having meeting and actually do their jobs and sort out the problems instead of having meetings about how to resolve it. I think if they offer a pick up service they would actually be running allot smoother because everyone would just go and pick up their orders.

Not happy with this service!!! I received an sms saying that my package would be delivered on or before 10 October, and that I would receive a sms on the day of delivery. No delivery on the 10th or 11th. On 12 October I got a message saying that my parcel wasnt able to be delivered because I wasnt available. I was home the entire day. I never received a sms stating delivery would take place that day and no one called me to say they were at the gate to deliver something. I phoned Digital Planet on the 12th and the guy told me to phone Monday (14th) to arrange for delivery. I received a sms on Monday saying my order would be delivered that day so I phoned them as soon as they opened to schedule delivery for Tuesday the 15th. The lady on the other side of the phone was very surprised that I got an sms for delivery because according to her my order hasnt been dispatched, but never the less she scheduled my delivery for the 15th. I phoned them this morning to confirm that my package would be dispatched today (the 15th) and the guy that helped me (Lungelo) was again very surprised because according to him there will be no delivery today as the package hasnt been dispatched. He said that he would contact the courier company to find out what the problem is and get back to me.. 3 Hours later I phoned again and spoke to another lady, she said she can see Lungelo sent a mail to the courier company and that she would send one again, I asked her if there is anyone that can phone them to find out what is going on, to which she responded and said no, unfortunately they can ONLY communicate by email..... That is the biggest bullsh*t I have heard in a long time.Needless to say, no one has come back to me yet and I am still in the dark as to when I will be receiving my delivery.I will be sending the same message to FNB because as I am reading the other reviews on here I can see that I am not alone.P.S. Please do not bother responding to this message with We are so sorry for the inconvenience and will investigate with the delivery company Because its very clear that your incompetence and bad management just gets dumped on the poor delivery company every time.Time to assume some responsibility Digital Planet!!Worst customer service by far!

I was told my order would be delivered yesterday. Your tracking App STILL says my order will be delivered on or before 5 June (yesterday) between 9am - 5pm.The Where is my parcel section says my order has been packaged and dispatched, but it still hasnt been handed to the couriers.Yesterday I call and get told that the agent should have told me it can take up to 5 days. for delivery. The agent DID tell me that, and then checked on the system and said there is an opening for delivery on the 5th of June! Not really reliable. Sends sms and tells you that it will be there but when you follow-up not them they then tell you that oh sorry there is a problem it will be there some time next week. Funny that FNB will use carriers that are so unreliable.

Honestly the biggest bunch of incompetent and rude people I have ever dealt with. Communication is nowhere to be found and cant follow simple instructions, after 2 days of being on the phone with them and trying come to a solution I am still sitting without my order. FNB would do well with completely dissociating with this company altogether. If you ever order anything through FNB make sure that you INSIST that this company is not their service provider or refrain from ordering anything at all - NOTHING is worth it!One star is even too high of a rating, they have no idea what customer service is nor do they have any idea on how to do their jobs.... utterly pathetic!!

Horrible experience. I received Digital Planet tracking information for a device from FNB Connect with the delivery date. I still had not received my device a week later. I then received a message to say theyre having delays and I had to phone to reschedule. They will then lie and say that they tried to deliver but failed, which triggers FNB to send a threatening message to say theyll charge you if you miss the delivery again. This after I made myself available and followed the right procedure to allow for a third party to collect on my behalf, just in case I happened to be unavailable.No one from FNB can tell you anything about the delivery. Digital Planet dont communicate and never deliver on time. Youll just end up phoning the call centre over and over to try figure out what on earth is going on. Oh, and then youll be threatened with charges, just to add insult to injury.

Your contact form does not work. No other way to track my order but to phone your office. No clear communication as to what is going on. This will be my second time dealing with you. There wont be a third.I will lodge a complaint with FNB as well. I cant understand why they are using a distribution service like yours. We have to pay R175 for a delivery that takes 5-10 business days (if you are lucky).

A bit disappointed. I accept that shipping can take 3 to 5 working days. But Id highly recommend that when providing clients with an ETA for their order the site puts 4 working days or a better guideline. Saying youre order will be delivered on or before a date and then going back to site to only see that time has changed is very very disappointing.Clients look forward to their new orders and I wouldnt mind waiting if a simple order fulfilment date was given correctly and would be greatly pleased to have it come sooner.Another thing is please update contact details on fulfilment and tracking page.... 0861 TESTING is poor. How can clients get in contact with support based on a number that hasnt been updated.

I placed an order through FBN a few days ago and every day since Ive received calls from a Digital Planet recording telling me that they are ready to deliver my order and that I must hold for a consultant. I hold and hold..... today, 20 minutes... nothing. Ive also received sms asking for my address by return sms, Ive responded. Then I received a call saying I would have my order cancelled if I dont respond. I tried their web address but I cant get onto that.
