So far, so good.Yesterday morning I wrote to them to ask them where the item was. Nearly twenty-four hours later, they have not even acknowledged receipt of this e-mail. In addition, as per links in their e-mail from 1 July, the item has not been shipped yet. How long does it take to prepare an item for shipment? Is it really that difficult to get an item from one part of Johannesburg to another?I Googled them this morning and it appears that the holding company Thulahanyo Holdings might be in the process of being deregistered. Can PerfectDealz confirm or contradict this information? Either get my order to me in the next forty-eight hours or refund the money, failing which this matter will be taken further.

Service is good till you have to return an item you are not happy with. Im a regular but got disappointed when I had to return an item and was told its not their fault that I got colours I didnt want.

I purchased a baby bullet from Perfect dealz and received it in 2 Feb. The box was damaged and the user manual was not inside the box. I advised perfect dealz the same day of my issues and requested that the box be collected and I get a refund. . After about a week they collected it and after a few follow up calls I was eventually asked to send my banking details which I sent on 16 Feb. I have still not received my refund. I called on Tuesday and was told I will receive it by Wednesday but still nothing!

I ordered a lava lamp on 23rd December 2020 and the next day I received my parcel but inside were 3 mosquito killer machines.... I sent an email on the 24th and had no response I called on 31st December and got hold of candice who was going to sort my problem out. I heard nothing until I made contact with them in early January to be told by someone else that the lady was on leave. He was now going to hand the query to his supervisor who also never got back to me and again another call went through to them telling me that hed get David to contact me, still no response.
