Definitely not recommended .You wait so long for your order/products you can just as well order from #wish.They have poor service little to none communication.If you put in a query the only answer you get is that is not my department then places you on hold till the end of times.Why wait 3 to almost 4 weeks for a delivery that wouldve taken 5 days ?I Am really disappointed and from now on i will be certain as to guide friends and family away from these wicked liarsSies man

Avoid Blue Label Telecoms, I have been informed that they sell information illegally as I witnessed this first hand. My information was sold to miway insurance without my consent or permission. I contacted them to find out how they obtained my details and they refused to give any information or feedback. Criminals in action.
Your premiums are too high and you offered me a poor functioning phone. I have 16GB SD card inside but it displays insufficient space since it cant read it. I went to storage settings several times trying to use SD card storage which didnt happen. I took the same SD card into another phone and it works well.

They try to call me at least twice a day, everyday, to set up a contract despite me already saying no the one time I did answer. Ive now blocked their number but I get notified that theyre still trying.
They dont help you 100%. They move you from pillar to post before you receive the help you actually are looking for.

I am furious that this company has signed up a contract under my name without my permission. A bunch of fraudulent thieves. You have no right to put a contract under my name with Vodacom without my consent. I havent heard of this company until now and this is probably why so be aware one and all!

This place had nobody available during the night when I had a problem trying to get the numbers I was suppose to get after sending them my pin (electricity bought at dischem) then the next morning when I complain the only answer they have is sending me the pin & then replying that case HAS BEEN SOLVED! I want to know WHY I SHOULD BUY ELECTRICITY FROM YOU IF I HAVE TO THEN GO BUY ELECTRICITY FROM THE BANK (extra money I did not want to spend) to make sure I have electricity to last me through a night at freezing point!!!!

I recently interacted with an agent, after advising I am not interested in the deal they called me back and asked why I gave my information in the first place, I lost my cool and the agent called me back threatening me. What kind of company is this?
They steal peoples money. We bought airtime that never reflected, I have proof from Telkom - they still deny to give me my airtime

The Agent spoke in a language I dont understand, he was very rude and spoke over me. Train your agent about customer service he hang up the line while I was still speaking.

There is no service at all. Took my activation fee of R99 on 23 September. Nobody came back to me, no phone call no sms nothing. I still have not recieved a phone or nothing nobody seems to want to help me. This is the worst service ever. Going to report a fraud case.

Just recieced a spam call from a call centre, guess whove been selling them my information.... so here is what you are going to do. 1: Explain how you came into possession of my personal information. 2: Provide me with an agreement where I went into a partnership with you where I gave you permission to sell my information. 3: Get into contact with me in order for me to recieve the profits of my data you so graciously sold of. 4: Make sure you retract ALL my shared information if you are not willing to follow steps 1 - 3.
Good service, good security and parking friendly staff
They give you false information and try to get you to swipe your card to activate your benefits. When I told them that i am not willing to swipe my card on the street the lady threatened me and said they are going to block my number.
Have a contract with blue label and a debit order goes off my account on the 25th every month but my credit report shows arrears on my account.
The worst service when it comes to token generation for prepaid electricity. Have to wait hours on end for response. No communication answers after trying SMS, email and ssd on voucher. Very disappointed. I really dont understand how you get 5 star ratings!!?? O yes! Not for service!!
