Havent been to the store yet and Im sure once I get there it will change my review but at the moment I am not happy at all... For the past 3 months I have tried to call the store to find out information and not once have I been able to get ahold of anyone. Its absolutely ridiculous to get this type of customer service from one of the largest tech companies around!

Was there for Mining of the Future conference. Awesome products and MTC is a must see

Microsoft, one is reminded when you pull into the large, plush, office park, is a technology giant. In South Africa they are big and dealing with them feels like you have access to a solid IT company. I can only say this based on a visit and a couple of meetings (as with any Maps review, its not a vendor review but a review of an experience).Corporate Microsoft feels smart and upmarket and the people are, as you might expect, specialized experts in a vast range of technologies. Of course like any big IT sales organisation there are sales reps and technology gurus at every desk, room, and cappuccino machine.Id definitely work with them as a customer.

This is the head office of Microsoft in South Africa. Its well laid out, good brand to work for and Microsoft is on a drive to set the trend or be part of it, even though they are a large corporation / brand. There are quirky things to experience which is only accessible to employees.

Love the wonderful venue. Truly amazing technological advancements made by passionate and informative people. Great networking platforms made available to people of varying experience and exposure to technology. Looking forward to seeing what comes from these guys and eager to be a part of the future that they are helping to create. While some things seem to be disjointed there is definitely a hand that is guiding the people who enjoy doing what they are doing.

A great place to learn

There is always some new to engage with when at Microsoft. The officice is super high tech and has a great set up for staff and visitors, with an amazing canteen /restaurant available. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. There are many meeting rooms which makes for a great collaboration.

A place for Human Capital Development, the software that deserves to in every house hold and Business computers.

Great coffee, good software, nice cloud, but they dont have a juicer like Google has.

Very professional guard post and efficient. Love the welcome and will recommend any business who would like to do presentations there.

Very beautiful place looks like it could be a very pleasant work place and its easy to navigate , but the receptionist was a bit rude to my friend but lucky enough for us we had a friendly stuff member who was more than willing to help also the security guards ❤

Interest office design, easily located off the freeway. Ensure you have your driver license if you wish to enter the office park. The building has a great vibe with high ceiling & lots of screens in the building.

Well the MS and Altron people were awesome. But the building needs attention. The safe in the security room was not bolted to the wall.

One of the best companies I have been to,the cafeteria is to die for they serve nice fresh food daily. A very relaxed working environment you would forget that youre at work and they have pool n Xbox for you to clear your head when you tired..I love it!

A dream company to work for, well furnished and great facilities. They seem to have mastered the work-play balance with the environment they have created in this workplace

Great working environment. The staff is friendly and well receiving. Offices are placed in a convenient area near the main highway.

Microsofts building is amaxing and the service is excellent. Just stepping inside makes one feel like one has stepped into the future!

Nice offices. Accessing with car is bit over the top from a security check in perspective, but guess that is sa. Some car ports to park under as well which is awesome.

Opposite Tiger Brands, easy to find. Ample parking, great, neat, beautiful offices.

I loved the interaction I had with MS staff

We are looking to do an AX2012 R3 implementation at out company and I phoned Microsoft to obtain list of recommended consultant partners who could assist us with this. After posing my request to the switchboard operator (who did not understand my question and thought that we wanted to get certified!) I was put on hold for a very long period of time and then transferred to what sounded like an Asia based call centre, where the operator was unable to hear me.Pathetic

Had a tech briefing here and the delivery of it was perfect. Boardrooms are well equipped and snacks and drinks were provided during the day.

Really nice. Was hoping to see high tech stuff.

Even Joe Public can go do a tour of the Tech Centre. Recommended.

Saturday SharePoint Event: The Conference Rooms and Auditoriums were well equipped and all equipment worked perfectly. The outside area was also very nice for lunch and relaxation.
