I ordered a Thai bowl. It had very little chicken in it. The chicken pieces that were there were dry. Overall the meal lacked seasoning. Didnt blow my mind.

30min wait for dry, horrible food? Its a never again from me

The chicken thai health wrap is to die for. Top notch flavours to tantalize the taste buds. Service levels....Excellent.

We ordered one American, one Cappuccino and one Hot Chocolate. Watching the guy trying to make these drinks was both entertaining and laughable at the same time. 20 minutes later we had what we could have made at home.

Portion size of the Mexican Brown rice salad was massive. I added 5 sachets of salt to make it a little tastier (I think they forgot to add salt). It was super oily. I took the leftovers home. When I ate 2 bites from it 3h later, I got food poisoning. Not going back there.

Just bought a large immune booster tasted like sand particles very disappointed... on the flip side thank you crunch for exchanging it.. for another

Fresh real food only issue as with most fresh display foods are flies its not a massive issue but when the heat is real its NEVER a pleasure seeing flies when foods are not properly covered. My favorite meal is the Buddah Bowl and they are always making nessecarry improvements. Kruch is my vegan fast food stop I cannot wait for Krunch to expand across the nation seriously healthier food such as Kruch are a must the competition margin is not that big or strong!More dairy free smoothies for the vegans standard without that additional cost to change to almond milkBeen supporting Kruch now I can say for YEARS and they have made food transition from a meat eater to vegan simple easy and deliciousThanks Kruch!!

I just experienced very bad customer service. The person obviously does not understand that she needs to engage the customer. Whilst standing there waiting to be served. The lady behind the counter looks passed me and helps someone else. When I point this out she goes on about how I must come this side but theres no signage to point that out. She then gives a lame sorry and goes on helping the other person. Im a stickler for customer service.
