Good experience, service a bit slow but other than that everything was good! Hope they keep other beers on tap as it’s limited variety. Place is good and clean and food was quite nice, keep up the good work guys 👍🏽

Excellent addition to the centre! Their food has never disappointed and the service is great, with friendly staff. Free wifi available and their milkshakes should definitely be tried at least once!

Meal was superb. Hamburger was one of the best Ive had in a long, including the chips. Kids had chicken strips which went down really well and we all ended of the meal with waffles.

The service was spectacular and personalised, the waiter referred to me by name every time he came to my table, it’s the small this that make a big difference and the food is always good, highly recommended.

Great service, food was just as good. Will definitely go there again.

After the driver having to wait for 1 hour for my food to be prepared, I received it ice cold!!!!!!!. My office is 2 minutes from the restaurant and the driver delivered promptly. Shame on you Rocomamas, I have supported your establishment frequently but sadly you have not deserved any recommendation from myself or our organisation again!!!!! My sentiments go out to the poor frustrated delivery guy. IF you had such large orders to fill , then how come mine was cold when it was prepared at the end????

It was qiute calm nd clean..I only saw male staff . then I asked the waiter who was assisting me about one of their burger special an mistakenly he orderd the it although I was only asking.wich I dint have a problem as it might have been an error on arrival at home the ribs I ordered were not well cooked but burnt through out please and my family keept on complain about the meal

Best Nuttella Waffle Best Best Value for money best. BUT. I have few issues.. The dessert was served with ice cream yet i was given only a fork as cutlery ...i had to use my fingers to lick off the icecream and chocolate sauce. I also dont know whats going on with your salad. I ordered a Ceaser salad and opted to swop bacon and croutons with avo or something else as I dont eat pork. To my surprise nothing was offered to me but I was told they cant swop anything. Well I was okey with it anyway but it could be more reasonable to have options where Im able to swop anything on my meal even though I have to pay extra as long as I get to eat what my heart desire. Also.. I had to eat my salad using steak knife as Cutlery since the waiter told me thats the only available cutlery disappointing because you serve your salad on a wooded bord with a film paper underneath which I had to constantly spit out as it attached to my every forkfull of salad. I dont know if Im making any sense but hope youll understand. Lastly. May your stuff not eat and gossip about guests in front of guest as its unappetizing to see my chef chewing before I even receive my meal. But overall. Its just a few things to be corrected. You are good. Your food taste makes up for every flaw. I was impressed.

Had to follow the waiter around for service, remind her of our order, ask for the card machine after asking for the bill....but this is a quiet clean lace for lunch

They initially forgot my drinks order, but they got it sorted out quickly and got it delivered to us

Their chilli seems to be hotter than my home town...All orders came in perfect, delighted that they managed to cater for a gluten intolerant customer (twice) despite that not being their forté.

Shop was quiet , order was late and not delivered like I asked .. food was cold .. not the best today ..

The food is excellent. The staff is great. The only problem was that the place was too noisy. Staff screaming, loud rock music and I was the only customer. I couldnt wait to finish my meal as the noise was a bit uncomfortable. Will use other less noisier branches next time.

The staff here are hands down one of the best staff Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are always happy, always smiling and always on the ball.The food was great as well, lovely atmosphere.

Best service ever

Nothing out of the ordinary here. It is in line with everything you have come to expect from this franchise. They have ample seating both inside and outside on a covered patio. The shopping centre is quite busy leading to lots of foot traffic passing between the inside and outside seating areas. Sadly there is no bathroom and one must use the complex facilities.

This place needs a 0 review. Finally getting to eat my dinner now , almost an hour an half after ordering. Burger is cold and tasteless. Chips are like rubber , probably because of standing for so long. The phones just ring for management , but guess what , there are multiple people manning the orders phone. Tells you a lot about their customer service and priority. Will definitely not order here again , personally and for my company. Rather visit the Steers next door.
