Getting worried. I placed an order with a consultant, who phoned me about this amazing offer....its been two months, I had the call in July, first debit order was end of August, second end of September. I am or was supposed to have received the drone already. Ive tried calling numerous times, no answer, Ive sent mails, no reply. Seeing that you reply to your reviews, please contact me asap. Im sure when I was being called daily and finally gave in I was told I would pay R699 for 4 months.I have since even cancelled my Platinum life policy and since July up to today Im still being debited. If Im paying R700 for more then the actual 4 months I was told I would have to pay I could have gotten a much better drone then this nonsense I got.

Good day, my first experience with the The Hobby Group was great and energetic, great after sales.Then just as lock down began I got another call from them offering me some spare and bigger battery for my drone I purchased the previous time with the purchase of a 4x4 radio control vehicle which I still waiting for. I tried calling them but no answer. Debit orders still going off my account no follow up. Please guys call me

They called on Behalf of platinum life and said they have a nice promo on a drone with recording and auto fly mode an all the B.S. its 3 months no drone acc been debited and no response.. so will need my debits returned and they can keep the So called Drone they were conning everyone with. Paid 3 months R399 ... Paid R1200 and not even a Sms to update me .. they have bad business ethics...

I fell for the whole R500 voucher scam. And the best is there is no drone delivered to me.. still paid the last 2 months. 2 emails later and no call or mail reply... starting to think these guys dont deliver on the promises...

I have paid +/- R 1500.00 after numerous phone calls and e-mails this issue is still unresolved. I would not recommend any one to ever buy any products from either company. Ref Hg1pl0299. The worst experience ever, no one ever answers on the phone numbers. My first debit order went through I had to phone them to ask about the delivery then they had no stock, told them by email to cancel my order and any further debit orders and return my money, still waiting and they havent canceled the debit order on their side.

Also cancelled my Platinum Life insurance, how can you trust Platinum life if they cant sort out a drone that you paid for almost a year ago and still no delivery

Be careful doing business with these people. They will debit your account, yet when you try making contact with them them no one answer or return your call. A very dodgy company!! please do not do business with these people!!!

Received a faulty drone, but since I talked to the manager directly the refund process took place immediately. Very polite and friendly. Did everything to help me

Very much mislead by the salesman at this company.almost a month has gone by and i am yet to receive my refund for a drone that did not perform as per the salesmans description.they had taken my money at a heart beat but are now avoiding the refund.they should not even get any stars!!! very unprofessional after sales. i will definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

Bought a JJR/C H68 as a beginner drone flyer from this company. Very satisfied with sales, service, spares and delivery time ( 4 days and free shipping). Just ordered a second one for a friend.

I bought the SG700 selfie drone dual camera and i am very satisfied with my purchase and the sales agent explained everything to me about the drone.

Misled by the sales person phoned wednesday canseld my order they told me they would refund me by Friday still no refund. Tried to call but no luck about up to 50 calls both numbers but no answer. Poor customer service.

It was fantastic but a little overwhelming because there was a drone that was removed from their website which is the Phantom drone!

These people are non-responsive to queries. It has been 6 months and still no refund received.
