There is a new limited clothing section and you will find everything under one roof that you looking for; from gardening equipment to sports gear. There is also a grocery section. The problem with All Game Stores is that there is no helping staff around to assist you most of the time. If you need assistance you need to get a supervisor first, which take long. Another problem with many of the Game Stores are the pricing on occasions as the pricing does not match an item of the shelf. The game is situated in the massive shopping centre of Fourways Mall. Game generally has a good return policy as long as T&Cs are followed. They also have a price beat system, however it is not always that practical.

The place is massive and clean making it very comfortable and welcoming to shop.The lighting bus phenomenal and makes you feel like you are in a shopping paradise.

Its easy to purchase, workers are helpful and they service it quickly.

The worst service ever!! Been in store for 30 minutes asking for someone to assist and nobody is able or willing to.Certainly wont be returning to any Games stores again, Ill rather support another company that wants the business.

It was really empty so it gives a whole new meaning to social distancing but over all it is a great place to come shop at.Recondition: Go to the top floor on the west pack lifestyle store and look at the great view youll thank me later🙂

I was in Legent Salon fourways Mall.i had a terrible experience. Workers stole my phone and theyre trying to defraud me . Legent salon fourway mall workers are thiefs and scammers.i wouldnt recommend anyone to go to that salon even fourways mall. Its not safe, its a place of crime

Its a great store with most appliances and essentials available but the customer service is pretty slow. It took me about 20 minutes waiting for an item to be retrieved from the back store room

Great specials and good deals. Queues are are bit insane, even when its not busy. Wont lie, Ive needed assistance a couple of times but theres either no one in sight to help, or the person is so unenthusiastic its like Im bothering them. Customer Service training is a must for your general floor staff. The people in electronics are usually helpful so kudos to them.

The malls been recently opened and theyve renovated the inside for a better shopping experience. I love that you can find almost everything in this shop. The best thing to do before you enter the shop, is pick up the promotions catalogue by the entrance. It will help you bargain hunt.

Worst service at DecorLand counter... you stand the and no one is willing to assist... not even by calling the responsoble person... you have to call the staff to call the responsible staff, like is non of their business... it is happening for the 2nd time, it happened 2 days ago...

If I could, this would be ZERO STARS!!! Worst customer service ever! The managers at the store are more interested in covering their own butts than ensuring customer satisfaction. I returned a faulty lawnmower 12 January. I found out three weeks later that it was still at their DC in Roodepoort and had not gone to the supplier as yet. The manager was more concerned about the fact that I had knowledge of this than he was that it had not actually gone to the suppler... I never got the lawn mower back. I also have no idea if it ever went to the supplier. Got my money back after a month with no lawnmower (technically 21 working days) Being the middle of summer... my grass was knee high... I have now bought another brand of mower from another supplier!

Quantities of certain stock is not maintained, staff are not around to assist and the store layout is too cramped. Prices however are fair and in some cases really good.

I just love fourways mall generally. Very big and spacious. The best in South Africa

Game rates 10 out of 10 at Fourways Mall. Excellent service from all the departments I went to. Even had aluminium blinds cut by the lady in this department. Thank staff at Game

They never have the item in stock and online delivery takes too long. The staff would rather listen to their mobile phone than assist. Cant see Game being in business much longet

They are very much the “it’s not my job” sort of people. Also they’re customer service is not existent. I have spoken to 5 people sent three e-mails to fix a washing machine I bought from them three weeks ago and still haven’t got any confirmation as to when it will be fixed.

The whole store has a good layout and located on a easy to find location with amazing friendly staff that is always willing to assist with questions and complaints. With the changes they also have a new food area that is clean and well stocked with anything that you might need last minute. So less running around.

Loved the mall but the food court is not a comfortable place to be. Its too small and you just feel suffocated unless you go to a few classy expensive restaurants. A big mall such as this requires a bigger food court especially because there are many eating places in one space.

Social distancing due to COVID-19 is observed and the store is large enough for ALL to roam around without being a danger to others

I am appalled at how Lusheen Moodley, the Sales Manager at Game Fourways, handled my query regarding a faulty chair that I purchased. Not only was he extremely unprofessional but also condescending. Raising his voice and speaking over me (the customer). He even proceeded to drop the call in my ear when I asked for his details so that I could report his behavior. All this while he spent the whole day avoiding my calls and being sent from pillar to post.

Good but where staff are always talking about customers try to pretend you dont understand what they are saying. Kkkkkkk, you will get them, especially ladies. But shop generally good shop, though they luck stocking properly, each time you might not find what you are looking for because they are out of stock. Shame to a big shop.

They dont deserve any star from me,had to select one star for my review to load,which is wrong, we shouldnt be subjected to selecting any stars when making a review,it must be a matter of choice...Theee worsed customer service,reported a faulty appliances and it took them 2months to send a technician,the customer care line official will put your on hold until they decide to hang you up....I dont see myself buying any appliance or anything for that matter at the store👎👎👎

The staff was very rude. The price was incorrect and they became rude when they had to correct it. I was running after them in the store with no manager in sight. I ended up begging for a refund in order to leave. The service is just terrible.

Mall going under renovations. there are a lot of things that need fixing. Which is understandable. Game is just ok Im sure it get back to where it was before the renovations or improve for the better

While there has been an improvement from the previous Game store in the Fourways Mall vicinity, which was long overdue for an upgrade, the current iteration is not the best. It is a huge store, but it has not been fully or properly utilised by the stores management, at least for now. There is also continuing construction work in and around the Game store, so it is not the best shopping experience for now, nor is it too safe as well. The shopping experience may become better once all the construction has been completed, which will probably only be in another six months time. It is heartening to see that most of the staff at the Game store are friendly and attentive to their customers. Please make sure that you check the price at the till because sometimes sale prices are not correctly reflected and you pay full price - very inconvenient but it is a pervasive issue with Game stores around the country.

A bit difficult to find the entrance in all the building chaos, but worth a visit. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are good. Always find what I need.

Its a massive mall and just needs a reduction of the dangers of the virus to attract the hoards of shoppers it needs.

Bought our washing machine here. Friendly and helpful staff. A convinient spot to shop in Fourways for larger household appliances. Access is a bit difficult at present while there is so much construction going on in and around Fourways. This should be completed in the near future though.

Except that the shop was empty, I had to wait for bar code on the item I had bought. Apparently the item was shop soiled and bar code could not be seen anymore.

We were not given the correct product after explaining what we want & why we were told the product is exactly what we need. Got in the technicians 2do the job only to be told that product will not work at all for what we require & the technicians had to be paid R850 & we had to take the product back cause it was of no use.

Terrible customer service. Actually wanted to give Zero stars! Very poor. Do you know how frustrating it is when you seek guidance from staff and them also dont know anything??? Bought a fridge from Game and was told Ill need to pick it up from the delivery entrance/customers deliveries. Specifically mentioned to the gentleman whos name starts with a T that was assisting us, that we dont know where it is and it is our first time at Fourways mall . Now to help us reach a common understanding, I mentioned we are parked near the food court, and may he kindly direct from the food court side parking where to go from there. Firstly, this guy seemed so disinterested, and really looked like he is doing us a favor by assisting us. He told us we need to drive towards the robots, then left then right and we should meet the customers deliveries. Fine, as the lost sheep, we did exactly that... And boy were we not lost. So I call back the store and mentioned to the lady that picked up that we are lost and explained what the gentleman told us, and again that we were from the food court parking. She told us to drive towards sasol garage and when we are near fruit and veg, ask security for game customer delivery, and we did exactly that. Security was so confused and told us to go back as though going to game. Hau! So I call the store yet again. More sensless directions, I promise you we spent 40minutes trying to find this place,!!! Literally wrong directions the whole time, was put on hold for more than 7 minutes everytime I called, time was wasted, energy was wasted, even airtime wasted. Really I was getting annoyed. By Gods grace, we bump into a lady who works at game and asked her to kindly come with and show us where this mysterious delivery place is. She took us back to the food court parking and there it was... NEXT TO WHERE WE WERE PARKED!!!!Utterly disappointed in how the directions where given even after mentioning we were near the food court. Secondly, disliked the fact that when this lady on the phone was speaking she kept using phrases like you know where... No I dont know! I dont know Fourways mall and I told you!!!!!! Thirdly, the gentleman could have even walked with to show us where this place is, since we mentioned from the get go we dont know this mall (as a way of providing exceptional customer service). If the lady from Game did not rock up, I really dont know what we were going to do. Train your staff to know entrances of the mall, also how to provide customer service.

This is your standard Game retailer. Its very big and covers the entire range of products youd expect at a Game store. The staff is okay and helps out when necessary. They dont really approach you much unless you ask for help, so I guess they depends on how you like your service.The only complaint I have is that the signage is a little small and its hard to tell where a particular section might be from a distance. But all Game stores have the same layout so it doesnt really matter if youre used to their stores by now. Altogether, just another Game store.

Shelves were empty and items per the advertisements were not there, floors were dirty and not kept clean. Items were on shelves but not in boxes per advertisements.

Bought a few appliances here and they work well. Why only 2 stars? I was messed around for a month between the store, the warehouse and head office over a fridge for a month. Eventually I asked for a full refund because no one could locate the fridge I paid for. I ended up buying the exact same model at a slightly cheaper price at Makro and it was delivered to me within 3 working days.
