The New Samsung Store opened as per the below picture in Sandton City is absolutely pathetic in service. The Manager in charge, Najith Ramdass is the most stubborn, unprofessional and rude person with absolutely no show of care to clients. The service shown is with no due diligence whatsoever! Totally disappointed!
