Was struggling to find the laptop I needed online, team at this store found it for me in a few days. Also tried their best to help me sort out a problem with existing laptop.

Very helpful staff. They have limited stock on display which is disappointing when you are comparing brands and products.

Knowledgeable staff, great laptop deals too

On 14 April 2020 I placed an order with HP online order for printer cartridges. I understand the lockdown implications, but after using about 30 minutes of airtime the first week of May waiting for the call centre to answer their phone, I called HP in Fourways (Paul). He took my number and said he would get HP Online to call me. I also asked Paul to send me a quote for a new laptop - my laptop had died a sudden death. Today, 25 May I am still waiting for a response from Paul and HP Online. I have been a loyal customer of HP for more than 20 years. They have now lost me as a client. I bought a Dell laptop - great service from PC Express, and when my HP printer dies I will certainly not get another HP.

No fault of the store but the head office needs to sort out how repairs are done.There’s literally an iStore next door that can take in my laptop for repairs but with the HP Store I have to travel all the way to Midrand and they’re not sure if a screen repair voids the laptop warranty.Was happy with their machines, but wouldn’t recommend if they’re for work purposes.

Condescending employees. When asked about why their prices were higher than Incredible Connection, I was lied to and told that the warranty at other places is not the same length. No price matching and being arrogant about it. Enjoy losing the money :)

I went to the store on Monday the 03rd of June seeking a battery replacement on my Laptop, i was attended to by a guy with a Venda name, he then sent an email because he regarded my query as a special order, he further took my contact details and promised to call me but up until to date i still have not received a call from him and when i try to call the branch on the number appearing on their web page it does not go through 🤷🏿‍♂I even regret spending my time and fuel travelling to Eastgate while i could have just bought a counterfeit battery and proceeded with life.

My first encounter was terrible! The assistant was extremely arrogant and spoke to me as if I had no idea about computers. It is insulting and degrading as a woman. Secondly, the assistant lied about the warrenty for a laptop - they said that if I bought the same laptop from another store I would not get the warrenty. I asked the other store and they too provide a warrenty. Thirdly, I tried to phone the store and there was no answer, I know that the store is very rarely busy and even if it was, it is unacceptable to not answer the phone.

Product knowledge is the best of any tech store in the centre. They make the customer feel special....Walked out with a laptop and some unexpected surprises (Champagne and a voucher).

So I invested in a large format HP printer and the thing has worked like a champion for years, when a problem arose i decided to see if i could get the badboy fixed.I walk into the store, printer in hand, and ask the gentleman if its possible to get my printer fixed, the guy looks at me and says you must send it in...Defeated, not only that but he was the manager, who do you complain to when you talking to the manager of the HP store, in the HP store, with your HP printer in hand and get told you must send it in. Send it in to who, the care bears.Stupid.And he still has the balls to offer a special package deal on a set of brand new HP cartridges, for my HP printer thats broke.If you need cartridges, this is the place for you.If you need a service or have questions outside that scope, you will likely have more luck talking to the urinal.
