If I could give the store zero stars I would. They hardly ever have stock available for the products they display. Once you do buy something, they find ways to charge you even more. After buying, they only gave us one option and that was to deliver at our home for a fee even when we said we can pick the furniture up with our own car. Absolute nonsense, once the furniture came, we were told that someone from the store will come and assemble it for free. When we called the person to come, he said we are supposed to pay even more for assembling the furniture. The worst customer service I have ever experienced

We lay-byed a wardrobe and a washing machine, my fiance went to the store to pay for the wardrobe and asked if he could pick it up at the store and they told him he can. What bad customer service.

The worst customer service, all they want is money, once you encounter issues they give you stinking attitude....... I bought a stove and returned it within 7days because it wasnt heating up, they insisted on sending it for repairs instead of exchanging it or refunding me.

Certainly the worst service from any furniture supplier received to date. They dont adhere to their own delivery time frames then they deliver the wrong product and furthermore they are dishonest and fail to provide clarity on orders that customers have paid for. Before buying from Fair Price look at their reviews on the Hello Peter website and reconsider. Their prices wont seem so worth it after you realise youll be spending a ton of money on phonecalls trying to track down your order and dealing with staff that arent particularly interested in helping you irrespective of how polite, patient and understanding you can be.

Ive been told that I might get my delivery on Friday and today is Saturday they havent even called.The shop landline rings and no answer

Worst Customer service ever. Their landline is never answered, we have been waiting for delivery for almost two weeks. Rather fetch your goods than expect an early delivery from them.
