Kettle developed a bulge and was replaced, now the toaster needs a new element for R1 700. Looks beautiful but I would not buy their products again.

The worst home appliance you could ever invest in. If you are thinking of buying Smeg, please reconsider. The products look nice but don’t last. Every problem you have with SMEG you have to dish out thousands for their parts. Worst mistake we have made. Their products keep breaking and we have previously had other way cheaper brands with NO issues! Smeg is one issue after another. The worst worst worst. DO NOT DO IT.

Got a smeg kettle 28 January was not working by 30 January so I returned it to store. Was leaking water switched off after starting to Hb oil for a few seconds then resumed boiling after a minute. This is the most overrated product I’ve ever had. Looks beautiful on the eye but really not a good buy. The kettle is heavy so my kid needs help pouring if she wants to use it. The lid is a problem it takes about 4-5 times of pressing the lid until it eventually opens. Really would not recommend this product.

Electric shock on dishswasher after first use. Reported it. First call after 2 weeks. Technition never showed up. 7 calls later - we had anoter apointment. Technition did not show up again. Even spoke to Area Manager Zitta. What now?

Pretty excited about walking into to the state of the art showroom to be met by a dour sadsack sales lady.. Maybe she didnt get her Christmas 🤶 bonus. Went and bought miele fridge and freezer just down the road instead . Miele felt like a friends home the moment you walked in 👍🏿

Placed an order for a part and paid for it, was told 2 weeks. 3 months to date and they still havent delivered. when u call them all they say still no stock???

No service what so ever, sales lady very dismissive and not interested. Asked to be shown an item and fist things I was told was the price on a very unimpressed note. I then noted some issues with the particular line and was told I cant do anything, call the service. Later noticed, the lady was in a hurry for a cigaret break. Not at all what you would expect from a high end product showroom.
