If theres a shopping complex that everybody is talking about all the time without any complaints than it has to be this Pick n Pay. Im always walking away with a good feeling after I did some shopping there.

Had a bit of a negative experience with one of the check out ladies, but after taking it to the manager, problem was taken care of...Also, there were some specials on offer, but they had no stock...

Staff was not very speedy but management saved the day by helping me out. Thank you management

PnP Rustenburg generally prides itself in low standards of hygiene. The store almost always smells like burnt food from the deli the moment you step close to entering the store. The smell of burnt eggs from our last visit was evident that nobody in the store was bothered nor concerned about how it might appear to customers!! The cleanliness is generally unsatisfactory and please dont except to the assisted by willing and friendly cashiers

They have basic supplies and more at this outlet. The prices are reasonable fair. The deli, bakery and pre-prepared food is excellent. The staff is 99% friendly and the management on their toes to assist their clients.
