The maxi taxi drivers bully our bolt drivers saying its their store. My groceries were Removed from my bolt and a fight almost ensued. How can one enjoy shopping there knowing theyll be bullied into using an unsafe form of transportation??.

I had the worst service from one of your cashiers named Joyce Segoe. I was looking for a certain product on the counter, then I asked Joyce over 5 times she just stared at me rudely and started singing and she went on to converse with the lady that was packing bags just so she could ignore me, I dont know whether is was because I used English, but felt this belittled in my considering that I also work in the service industry myself and I know how public service should be conducted.

I thank the store for opening early for pensioners. I was disappointed to see people under sixty also allowed in.

Clean...and nice atmosphere...staff is friendly...you can even pay up at the liquor store for those few goods if the lines are packes during lunch hours

Pick n Pay is the nice and neat shop an always serves customers good without any complain thats why I like to shop at this store.

It has a ramp for disabled people, kiosk counter, liquor store plus fresh bakery.

Not very customer friendly. I was travelling from Johannesburg and hit the supermarket upon entering town because i knew i needed groceries for my coupla days stay. The assistant at the parcel counter refused to allow me to leave my bags there because i wanted to go into the loo first. Insisted i carry the bags with me even though i assured her i did plan to shop.Then i had to climb up four flights of stairs to the toilets. Urgh! Coming down i wondered how disabled people were supposed to use the facilities. Or did the management not care about the needs of anyone who couldnt march up those stairs?Got everything i needed and was happy to leave. Glad i dont live nearby and dont have to shop there too often. Because damn. The service sucked.
