Very helpful staff. Neat and clean place.

Much better this time than my previous visit. Floors are cleaner and it smelled clean as well. Staff are visible and very helpful.

There were a lot of bees flying outside directly in front of the store. I needed some help when I got out of Spar. The way the lady spoke to me made me furious and I started crying. As I had a stroke in March I was not feeling emotional strong. A man sprayed some poison on then and they started fleeing. The shop experience was good but this made me furious like I do not want to shop there anymore.

I purchased a take away meal, however the store had no utensils for me to eat my meal with...also took almost 10 minutes to get through the till due to system being extremely slow.. this at lunch time peak. Meal was ice cold once I came to eat.

Firstly you waited long time for service at the food island(court), because you may not serve yourself. Then eventually after being served I requested that the food be weighted and billed seperatly but to be put on one plate. The lady gave me an attitude saying, we dont do it here. Ithen requested a serviette, she then asked a young white guy to get some and he bombastically said NO. So I just left it there. Really as a visitor to your area and store I think this is not right. And so early in the morning.

The place stinks of rotten meat now hor several months its unpleasant to shop there. Their fruits and veg are badly damaged and old. Their food court is mice and had some nice dishes to choose from.

Space between restricted, some lack of stock prices, staff not all friendly and disrespectfull

And I give their customer service a five 5 more specifically those one who work where they weight slice poloni I love them

Bad smell of rotten meat or fish. Only three tills open and long queues. The ice cream was icy inside, defrosted and frozen again.

It is a good Spar. Has most of the things you need. I have been to better Spars. Not very friendly staff and not a great variety. But okay for quick stops

I had a nightmare with the Supervisor called Morris. He erroneously accused me of being a suspected thief. I cant dwell much on the issue since my lawyers are handling it at the moment.

It really sucked because I wanted to get cash back but I had to swipe items amounting to R50 before I could get cash back. What if I cant afford to buy something worth R50 ??. Then banks should stop encouraging us to withdraw at till points cos that actually costs more.

Their quality dropped alot,they really need to step up their game big time. The previous owners did a stellar job of running the place!!! Everything was in order but now its a jumble sale.Degraded big time! What a pity.

I went to spar yesterday and bought that cake only. When I got home which is 45 minutes from there, I found out that it was rotten, smelled so bad. No one was able to eat it. I was so hurt 😕.People beware of what you buy. I still have the slip and the cake.

Not impressed with this shop. They do not ask for rewards card. The shop has got a odour in it seem like something is off. The management is also very nasty with the customer borderline aggressive with the customers. Definitely a shop I would avoid in future.

Not a bad SPAR, just stay away from there ready to eat food section, they need a new chef.

This place has gone down hill in 4 years. We always buy here but it isnt whorth it. The service, the prices and the people are all horrible. Stay away.

SuperSpar Rtb Sqaure are no more a joy to go to.10 Years ago when I moved to Rustenburg, Sqaure Spar was THE family Supermarket to go to. Not anymore. Today I went there because if a special on the long life milk. It was the first time in a number of months (maybe years) I went inside. There was a unbearable smell inside the shop the closer you go to the freezers and butchery. The floors are dirty all over and in general just no joy going there anymore.I will rather pay the R5 more and do the shopping at Pick n Pay in Beyers Naudé.I cant see that Square Spar can be classified as a SUPERSPAR.
