Florence who worked in this pick n pay told me that this pick n pay does not accept customwe to purchase the pick n pay gift card using visa credit card. She mentioned that this pick n pay operates differently from other pick n pay! What?!!!

Its a lovely place...variety of shops and restaurants...very convenient for shopping and taking kids out to have fun by the rides...

So disappointed in the way Pick n Pay Waterfall Mall Rustenburg handled the quantities during lockdown. You can get some idees from Checkers.You have to stand in lines outside (not the problem) but people coming out but nobody can go in. Stand almost an hour with only about 40 people in line. WHY cant you do like Checkers as people come out they let people in, then you manage the quantities like that???Security staff at door not friendly at all!!!!

Worst PP I ever visited. No prices on shelves, limited stock, useless management. About 20 checkout points and only 2 open on a busy day. PATHETIC. Dont feel welcome there. If I could rate lower, I would. Deserves NO STAR at all.

I went to buy Red bull & Pringles , all the tills were having long lines so i went to the cigarette counter as all customer Q there that has only a few items. There was two customers helped before me but as soon as I came to the counter a lady supposedly a supervisor told me rudely to go to the line. I asked her why and she told me its not her till and she just helped out the other two customers. Went next door to clicks and got the same. They have a meal deal promo and I got three items for the price of two. I wont bother again with this PNP , bad service and a rotteb smell all over the Shop.thanksand Goodbye

Not one of our favourite Pick n Pay outlets in town but we do shop here on occasion. Good luck trying to decipher what some items cost as they seem to have run out of price labels recently. If you are in the Waterfall Mall area and looking for those essential groceries then give this outlet a try.

Most notably the most bad smelling and dirty pnp in the whole of Rustenburg.

Disgusting, filthy and absolutely GROSS!! The rack with the pasta is filled with rat droppings and you can actually see the dried yellow rat urine soaked in the pasta boxes. When reported to the supervisor, he was totally disinterested. Im never going back to this P&P - youll pick up horrible diseases from the food.

So impressed that they give fruit to children under 12 and the fruit looked fresh and yummy.

Poor stock rotation, no prices on shelves. A little dirty and a bit unfriendly. Head office, please assist.

I always love this PnP however, recently the service has been lacking Im really disappointed in the store not even the lights at the tellers are operating the way they should.

Never again will i sat a foot at this store,i went for shopping and a whit guy i think hes a manager there came to me and my fiance and asked us what we are doing in there with an attitude to start with,polite as i was i told him we were there to do shopping and he said shopping looking at us with disrespect and attitude and he said I dont like to see you people walking around and sitting in chairs in my shop as if they own the place and then he left,i stood there with my fiance not knowing what to do so we decided to pay the toiletry and leave before we we get even more embarassed,so i want an apology from that guy.

No chicken breasts for the second time (2 out of 2 times I shopped for them) and all my apples were bruised.
