Service is so slow. Waited almost a hour for my oder. So disappointed. Thats the worst service I received. Cashier had attitude as well. 😩😩

I had to eat in the parkinglot on the pavement next to my bike because they have no outdoor or indoor seating. I ended up giving my 2 pizzas away to a carguard because I felt like eating somewhere else with some comfort instead.Check your CCTV to confirm this.

HIWe were at the store. 10h20 yesterday thinking they had ready opened after standing there for 2 minutes a staff member just said we only open at 11 no good morning nothing.What is the worst we are all still realing from Covid and people have lost lots of money and each and every sale counts in these tough times iam all for supporting small businesses. I would of expected the staffember to say Good morning we are currently not open but give me your order and we will make it as soon as we open then you can come and pick it up just after 11I have been supporting this store for more than 5 years at least once a month maybe twice.I never buy less than 4 pizzasI ended up going to Pizza hutPoor service

Look it gets 3 out of 5 only because Pizza that is not cooked in a wood fired oven is just an open toasted sandwich.But it is great value and the pizza base is thin enough

Im a bit of a Pizza fanatic, and I must say, O love the Pizza here.The last time we had a Seafood Pizza, along with an hawaiian, chicken Mayo and 4-in-1.And it was a hit with all our guests.Romans still has the best thick base Pizza.

Not bad, always have good specials, friendly staff and ample parking. The only complaint I have, the parking area is dark at night and a couple of people hanging around asking patrons for money when you exit the store. It makes one feel a bit unsafe.

Quick and friendly

I placed an online order while they were still closed (my mistake) , I drove there realised my mistake as they were closed. Tried to phone to cancel the online order no awnser, received a confirmation of order sms an hour later. I then phone to cancel my order, the lady who answered the phone was utterly rude and unprofessional and put the phone down in my ear. There should not be a option to place the order when Romans Pizza is closed.

Please dont try the Hot Onepizza its not nice, I love the feta n bacon thank you. 4 stars coz the staff is sweet n ever smiling
