We bought 2 burgers & bacon chips yesterday. We got food poisoning from your food. Keep a high standard even when youre busy, because if you dont, we get situations where you take shortcuts and customers like me pay 4 them. Id rather wait for long 4 properly prepared food, than get it quick & be sick.

I have never had bad service, the employees are always friendly and so willingly to help. For is prepared fresh and fast. Does not get very full so you can always get a good seat when dining in. Would recommend.

The food was amazing, it was my first time buying here. They gave me my food on a paper bag, excluding the soft drink and I somehow thought everything was inside as the person who assisted me didnt have anything on them that looked like they were gonna give me or even communicate that wait for your drink Im preparing it.

Had a bad service before few months ago by Flora burger king were i did not receive a item i paid for and only realized when i got home and said i wont go again but was desperate for some burgers and yet again gave it another go.Today i went there and ordered food which they took the wrong order and then when I tried to correct it i was met by incompetence. They couldnt understand my order i had to repeat myself about 8 times wasting my time after i already paid. The manager and one of the other staff were very unhelpful and rude. Plus the burgers werent the best quality with old lettuce therefore I will never go back to burger king and from now on out i will rather go to Popeyes on Beyers Naude were you will never receive bad service and very very good food.

The worst service ever, if you order a chicken burger via the drive thru on any day or time of the day, I guarantee you and I can put my money on it ,you will be told to go wait by the parking lot for an additional 10-15min as they are still preparing the chicken patty. They prioritise walk-in customers and Uber-Eats operators as opposed to the drive-thru customers. The driver of the car infront of us literally walked in an demanded they’re money back.

Who woulda thunk my last meal out before Level 4 hit again would be here. Anyhoo, the burgers were great, staff friendly and outside seating made it a lovely experience after a day of errands.

Service is shocking. We were waiting in a que for 25 minutes due to a truck making a delivery blocking the drive through. The delivery was finished and a Burger King staff member was standing speaking to the driver. When we asked them to move so we could pull through as we had 3 other vehicles behind us waiting to order; we got tongue clicking and ignoring. Shocking

A wasted hour of my life. Ordered our food. Went outside to stretch my legs and came back 10 minutes later and waited a further 20 minutes watching other people collect their orders. When I finally asked the cashier (cause no one helps anyone waiting for their order, they are only concerned with people placing orders) he ran to try and make my food. When I said I want my money back cause I was not at all interested in waiting even longer I was ignored. It wasnt till I yelled I want my money back did the manager come out to help me (with a rotten attitude of course). I would not reconmend this Burger King to anyone. Worst service I have ever experienced and I would not return.

This place is cool, my kids and I dinne there every Friday and we love the way the stuff receives us as guests. They are very friendly and we really love the hospitality we get from this place.

The food was good but the service from the lady at the kiosk was bad. She just let me stand there for 5 min and said nothing to me. One of the other staff members had to ask her to help me

Yours is the first Burger King we ever bought from. It is also the last Burger King we will ever buy from. I was not going to go public, but here it is. SEVERE FOOD POISONING. I will now forward my email to the Health Department.YOUR RESPONSE TO ABOVE REFERS and you have really angered me by implying that I am lying about what caused us to become so ill. I have no emails from you, whereas I should have had if you had sent a reply to my email. As we were vomiting burger copiously and had uncontrollable diarrhea - even soiling our carpets - soon after eating the burgers, there was no visit to the emergency room. We were too sick. Medicines were purchased from the pharmacy the next day. I find it quite strange that you say there were no other reports when on this very review site someone by the name of Jade appears to have suffered similar symptoms on what could be the same night. In retrospect I should have taken photographs of all the soiled bedding and clothing - which took almost two days to wash - and sick people. I did you the courtesy of sending you a private email, quoting the exact time we purchased those burgers and how soon after eating them we became ill. And now you want to establish causal link through medical reports? Those burgers were the only identical food that we all ate that day. My word is enough. I am 64 and I have NEVER been sick like this after eating takeaways. Never. I have never had to complain to any fast food outlet about food poisoning before. I would still like to know, as per my email, whether your Flora Centre branch was out of municipal power from Sunday, 1 November until the afternoon of Tuesday, 3 November as vast areas of Florida were. If the power outage affected that franchise then you have all the causal link you need imo. If not, then the food handling must be at fault.

Terrible!Burger King is one of my favorite restaurants and this specific one in flora ruined it for me.Im disgusted in the service. It is a drive through but you must wait in the parking to get the food.Yesterday I went there and we had to wait in the parking for the food for about 25-30 minutes and still got the wrong order,when our order arrived the food was absolutely cold,i didnt think much of it but when I went to eat a few minutes after eating I got severe food poisoning. It is not the first time that I have gotten food poisoning from this branch. Me and my family are still struggling with it. Im honestly disgusted.I hope this matter gets addressed.

I find their service to be slower than others I have been at, but the food is fine. I am not sure what they reason is that they ask you to wait below the ramp before coming up to the window to collect your food but it happened to me me more than once and it is frustrating.

Food was great, but by no means should you use the bathrooms. Broken, filthy, water just running and no toilet paper in sight. Mentioned it to a rather uncaring staff member to no avail.

Got food poisoning from food purchased at the Flora Centre branch in November 2020. Have not received any feedback on complaints logged, I have medical records that will prove I had to get treated for severe food poisoning at that time.

No hand sanitizers, ordered fries but were not on my order had to wait for those too. Service was awful!

Having to place an order, pay and get to the pickup window,the lady told me i need to reverse and she would call me. She called me, and confirmed the order, and mentioned that it is a medium meal. I told her i have paid for a large meal. She rolled her eyes and mumbled something behind her mask, and comming from a 13 hour shift, i do not have time and energy to fight. I just took the food and left.Not receiving the coldrink or correct size chips.Maybe having an off day....

Both counter and drive-thru were open. We waited 14 minutes from paying for our order to collection. The car in front of us was prevented from driving up to the window until their order was ready. It was the worst service I ever had at this specific outlet. And that on the one night I could convince my husband to have Burger King for supper. So, he will never indulge me again.
