My family had their meal inside the restaurant and we were treated kindly. The food as as expected. Different from US McDonalds, a vegetarian option is available.

Had great fun meeting with a good friend of minee but to my surprise we were treated different compared to the 3 white men. Firstly they didnt sanitize or check their temperatures, the lady by the door didnt even say a word.

They are quick with orders, which is excellent for me. The food is nice too. I m giving them a 4 out of 5 stars because they messed up the sauces in my burger. But otherwise, everything was good! !👍

As always visiting McDonalds anywhere in the world is great bit truth be told South Africa is like a culture. I have ordered Mac feast Meal Medium upsize and McRoyale meal medium upsize but when I arrived at home I was shocked my order was not right it was only burger inside no cheese nothing went back to complain Manager was useless waited for her to do cash up on top of that she cant even solve the problem so told he to keep the money dont want the refund.This issue it was not all the money just wanted them to apologize and and what she can do to make me happy but nothing to be honest those people need proper training they dont know how to deal with clients maybe but I will never go back there they can keep that money dont want it anymore

Fast quality service indeed. They explain all specials and any other thing new. Their level of service is almost the same as the one you can get in Sandton McDonald.

This is the worst service ever experienced, ordered two meals ,Big Mac and Chillie Cheese Double the burger was very dry and tatste burnt 😡the chips let alone are very dry ,is this the excellence Mac D stands for ?

I am starting to think I have bad omen with McD.The 4IR technology makes it easier to order inside the shop, problem is the waiting. I waited 45min for my order which by the way was even wrong. I took it as it was cause I was not about to wait another 45min..I almost wished I was Karen.

Ive never received good from theres always some thats good upset me. Today I was waiting in the que to pay as I was about to pay, a lady zipped passed I ask the cashier what was going? She looked back a me all googly eyes and the lady kept looking back with a guilty look on her face. McDonalds is an International brand and u should have the same experience everywhere.

Every morning When I go through the drive through, they ask me to go and wait in the parking lot even though its called a drive-thru ? Whats the point of a drive-thru if you cant serv the customers in a drive-thru. And on top of that you have to wait +-10 min. This is the worst drive-thru service I have ever seen !!!

They only focus on drive Thru too much than us inside the store, they need to work on time management and customer service, we are all equal. And they rush to knock off wherelse customers are still full inside, but I understand that overtime during this time is crucial

I had a bad experience at mc donald cosmo city,they have a poor customer service. I even asked for the manager or supervisor she didnt even come I was give 4 cup drinks in my hands without them being put in a disposable container where I can hold them nicely.the other problem is they is no one to help at the machine where we order. The staff have no customer service at all.
