My boyfriend and i went in for breakfast. the service was excellent and the food was on time. Cant believe its a 24 hour service.

6 meals delivered in a row and every single one of them Incorrect! Worst service on the most simple order I dont even understand how it is possible to get it so wrong and repeatedly! I will never support your store again.

Traffic flow on drive through isnt managed at all

Drive-thru can be a nightmare. They tried to service twice the number of clients with the same number of staff. It simply doesnt work. You scream at the voice box but no-one is there. This problem is easily resolved by increasing the staff by 1 person or multi-skilling.

Ordered a double quarter pounder, instead I get a veggie burger. Even after beeing asked at the collection window which is my order. Barely cooked chips. Rather go to Burger King.

The staff was very unwelcoming. My order was completely incorrect. I am not one to leave bad reviews but a lot of things need improvement. I feel it is unfair for customers to not get what they paid for. Im changing my rating cause today on the 01 August 2021 i bought 4 mcfeast meal and a mcflurry. I only got the food and not my ice cream and i paid for it.Its not a good experience at all. Now im trying to call the number but they dont answer and when they answer a wired sound occurs or they just keep quiet.

Very much disappointed with a Cashier named Gontse Phutiyagae.She insulted my Fiance last night.I am very very disappointed and crossed at the same time and we are going to take this further cos we really cannot tolerate to be insulted. We made her aware that we will report her behaviour to the seniors,she couldnt care less and laughed at us like we are crazy.GONTSE PHUTIYAGAE

I enjoy the fact that I dont necessarily have to interact with someone behind the counter in order to place my order. And I over all really prefer this particular MacDonalds. But every time I have been to this store and had to use the restroom, there would be a less than pleasing smell and no paper towel to dry my hands with.

The electronic order system is obviously not working if it takes more than 30 minutes to purchase a coffee in store. The Mc Cafe staff was not even at their station.

It was fast and sefficient. Thanks for the friendly service.

I love it here, its always the go-to McDonalds for me and my family. They dont make you wait for your orders that long.One concern is why the Ice cream/ Milkshake machine doesnt always work when you order in at night?

I enjoy their meals as I almost buy from them everyday.But today I was left disappointed with their service because I couldnt place my order using the drive through as they system was down because of loadshedding. I find it very disappointing that I was forced to go inside the shop(which) I didnt because of the pandemic that we are all facing. I prefer using their drive through as its much safe compared to the number of people inside the store

Always nice. Can at times feel like the service is a bit slow.. Often the order shows for collect on the screen but you still wait about 5 minutes or more at the counter until they scream your oder. But always clean and decent quality.

The reason for my rating is - not all my food was given, it was paid for but it wasnt in the bag. I live far and usually pass this McDonalds on the way home. By the time i realised, we were already in another town. So please make double sure everything is packed in - i usually do but Murphys Law...

Second time we did not receive caramel with all the oreo caramel mcflurries that weve ordered... Only in one caramel is added, the res no caramel only oreo..... Really???????!!!!!

This is unacceptable! Great food great service but try to avoid the bathrooms as it has never been clean when I used their toilets - since I can remember it has been like this with them. I understand that customers leave it like this but allocate more staff to cleaning and less to sit and whatch the soccer game!

My every day spot after work always have drink or whole meal almost everyday and Uber fetches me there. And awesome service 👍

With the current situation, the drive through quoes are long and slow moving.

They forget the drink on the happy meal when we go through the drive through. And the toy when we order to deliver.. Even though its a childrens meal, I still pay for it and my child still looks forward to it

After 5 months I came back to Mc Donalds Roodepoort ordered breakfast the bun was stale my coffee was warm and to top it all the lady that gave me my change says that she dont have change so she gave me R70 change in coins R2 and 5 rands thanks for the breakfast was very hungry couldnt go back to show your staff wount be coming back again

Food is okay. Besides that, this place is dirty as hell. The chairs that youre supposed to sit on, has salt all over it. The tabels you have to eat on, has left over food on them. Dirty place? Cant even imagine whats going on in the kitchen!

Waited in the drive through for half an hour. Loadshedding had ended and they were switching systems back to mains power. 10 min ok fine. Wait, wait. Queue moves, I place my order. Car in front sits for 15 min and drives off. I get to the window. Sorry, system is still down, no orders. Im pretty sure computers only came about long after McD started. Surely a manual system could be used in such cases?

I wont be too hard on them because they are usually good Im guessing they had one bad day. Today I waited for 30 on drive through only to be told that their speed point is not working. I then had to park the car, go inside to start the process again. It was unpleasant indeed.

Absolutely disappointed. I ordered through the Mr D Food App... I clearly on my order stated no Garnish due to my husband being allergic to onions and when we get the order we have Garish....... Try phoning them 20 times no answer!!!!! Wish I can give no stars as its not the first time the order is wrong even when we go through the driveway....
