Terrible place to go.Went there to get someone to look at why my phone does not work. Just needed some basic info for insurance. The engineer ignored me and my wife for 5 minutes and then finally looked at us. Before i even finished trying to tell my story he said: someone else needs to look at it and we send it away for 7 days. It wont happen today the shop wasnt that busy.He might as well have said: i dont want to work todayI will *NEVER* again go into that shop again. A real disgrace for service.
Abigale and LeeWife bought replacement sim served by these two incompetent non humans , sim not activated ,2 days later, hours of holding , even 135 last call 31 minutes they put me through to store and guess what , holding on now 25 min no answer , what do i do ? violence ?VODAKAK kak employees kak service just kak

I highly rate the service of the Vodocom King Williams Town branch, whose staff are not only efficient, but also knowledgeable and friendly - so much so, that I switched from MTN and havent regretted it since. I also like how, upon entering the branch, there is someone that will come up to you and find out what it is that you need assistance with, and will then personally walk you over to a consultant, who will then assist you with your query. Its speedy, interpersonal, and you dont have to stand in a long queue...can it get any better than that?!
They dont answer their phone during opening hours.
I’m at the store right now while staff have gone on lunch leaving a queue of customers. I’ve been in the queue for over an hour. The store manager at went on lunch when I arrived and haven’t seen her since. People are walking in an out of the store because the front of house lady even went on lunch. Distrusting service.
I bought the note 4 battery from them on the 23 february. It was faulty and returned it to them. They promised to refund me. The date today is the 8th March, I’m not yet refunded. I suspect foul play.
