POOR service, I have a video of 2 team members shouting and talking back at me. Refused to call the managers, absolutely rude. THey are XEnephobic and do not assist after 5pm as they want to rush to knock off. They gave me false info about doing a sim swop and even customer care reprimanded them for poor service and they simply hang the phone up. WHAtever you do do not go to Celc cresta they are rude and they give false information they do not help. doing a sim swop with them is a nightmare. THey dont even look at your iD if you dont pass the security questions.. so what is the purpose of the ID??

Ive always had great service at cell c in cresta. Staff are friendly, welcoming and eager to help you. They have a good knowledge of phones and try and help you get the best deal for your money...great service.

What a day at cell C Cresta , customer service has degraded and its poor.How disappointing to be assisted by the same Rude guy. I have never met such a rude human being in my entire life and its a second in a Row being assisted by him, 1st time I went to cell c he not said he can not help me ,I must phone call center for swim swap & today the 4th of August I decided to go back & try my luck,the same rude unapologetic guy named Melvin had to help me oh my goodness his body language said a lot he didnt want to assist but I still went to him .When I got to him ,he asked for the 5 telephone numbers I usually phoned & my Id .When I took out my refugee permit herudely said I cant take this paper .How can you not take it when I have my Ricad my sim card with the same paper,we had to exchange words .I ,myself deal with customers everyday ,rude customers but i maintain my cool n be polite but that guy his service was so poor ,am very disappointed and shattered.His colleague kept looking at him , showing him that what he was doing was unethical .I am taking this further ,if thats how you trained your staff to treat foreign nationals or black ppl cos we hardly complain ,its not Good.Dont even want to go back to that store!!!! But I want this Melvin Guy to be dealt with accordingly by the head office .There are many ppl out there looking for Jobs ,or bring the old staff back

The best customer service i have received to day, patience and understanding, putting the customer first etc, all the above, thank you Palesa Mathayi @ Cell C Cresta Mall. If i ever come to Cell C Cresta Mall, can i please have service from this lady. Keep doing a great job, promote this great being to manager cause she knows how to deal with and handle customers.

Nelly and her manager did a great job organising the contract. Follow up was absolutely appalling. 14 plus mails have been completely ignored and I have had to go to CellC customer service and was finally sorted out by another Cellc branch. DO NOT TOUCH THESE GUYS!!

If I could give no stars it would be wonderful. Service is utterly poor. The lady who assisted me is more worried about her appearance and trying to sound clever than to assist me. The manager is just as useless. Trying to do a SIM swop they refuse to assist me unless I give the last 5 nrs dialed on a SIM that cannot be read. The snotty one tells me to phone the call centre maybe they will help me. Useless idiots. Phoned the call centre and they assisted me. No problem. These people are pathetic and need serious training, if that would help at all. Maybe start with people skills first. Your make up and hair and snotty attitude can wait until you are home.

Nobody helps, I dealt with an agen named Rahaba who was rude, and unhelpful, I then dealt with Thabo who said Dipuo is his manager and that he cant help until Dipuo comes back. Dipuo returned from her unofficial lunch and was ruder than all her other staff. I dont understand how such ignorant people are in customer service.

Wow, new record in client service lows😂full shop, only two consultants, rude client pushes infront of a pregnant woman without the consultant batting so much as an eyelid. Dont waste your time here.

This Branchs cell no is FULL. One cant even leave a message. My my, that people that work in a Cell Phone shop dont even empty their mail boxes for clients to leave messages!!! Disgusting. Bought a brand new phone and the battery lasts not even 8 hours ... this was for my business.. I have to go back constantly to have things rectified and they never explain how things work on new cell phones. They always assure you that all is good. Haha, not so.

If theyre going to charge me R6.00 for 20 minutes they REALLY should get admyt or kaching. Today i had to walk for miles to an atm and draw money for a lousy R6.Get with it Cresta!

Terrible staff, absolutely lazy. I wanted to buy their prepaid data cards, they told me they are out of stock. Redirected me to clear water mall. Turns out it only needs to be loaded on to a prepaid card from the store. So they are deceitful.

Very bad. NO SERVICE. No landline and the cell numbers mailbox is full. The landline number on Cresta Centres website is incorrect. Pathetic. You guys are in the communications business and make it impossible for people to contact you.
