Terrible. 4-days waiting for a phone for upgrade. Go in , wait an hour an a half and then no reason declination when they have been constantly sending sms to upgrade!!!!! What a joke. Rather use vodashop Clearwater, efficient, professional and service delivery, in minutes.

Really terrible service. They sit on their phones, ignore you while you awkwardly try to get help. One of the dudes was trying to hook up with a lady instead of helping customers. Go here if you want to be treated like you arent the only one with problems.

In Nov 2017 a fraudulent upgrade was done on my #Vodacom Data contract at this store. They are refusing to even send us a copy of the signed upgrade contract. Excellent customer service. NOT

Generally shocking service, but then what can one expect from a cash-guzzling, corporate giant whos training division is more than likely managed by grade 7 school leavers. Oh well, state of the nations corporate hunger. Looks like were all doomed to multiple visits to wrong departments, due to wrong advice delivered by the wrong people.

Pathetic service!!Your service at your Vodacom Norwood branch a few minutes ago today 31 December 2016 was pathetic!! Firstly you dont have any queuing system that allows customers to know where to queSecondly the service I got from your consultant on duty when enquiring about processing an upgrade was pathetic. She had no clue what was included in the current contract and trying to get her attention to assist me with options was a disgrace. It was as if she was doing me the favor?She was busy on her phone and showed no interest in helping me, and I had to still ask her for a pen to write down the options in your magazine.Im certain with staff like this you employ, your store is going to take a revenue drop.Perhaps I should move the contract to another network if this is what Vodacoms attitude is, as your employees represent your brand, and if this is what your brand represents then you have a serious client retention issue.What a disgrace I wont be going back to your Norwood branch 😡I will be amazed if anything gets done about this complaint.
