I am very impressed with their service. A day ago my tablet got cracked. I contacted with them on the same day. They immediately responded to me and they arranged to collect it the next day. Repair took 4 hours. They kept updating me. And they returned it to my home. Im very happy with the new screen. The guy who collected it is very friendly. Their service is excellent and impressive. Highly recommended!!! :-)

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Martin and and his team when fixing 2 very badly cracked Apple i-pad screens recently. Martin went above and beyond and was great to deal with, as well as really well priced.Martin personally took time out of his weekend to come and drop them off with us so that we could have them back for the weekend, even though it was no faulty of his own that additional issues were discovered when opening up the one unit.I havent experienced this level of customer service in Sa in years and would hands down recommend Coltan Repair for anyone wanting a great experience and great value for money! Well dome Martin and team! I will recommend you to all and sundry. Its good guys like you that deserve only good to come your way!

The worst people I have ever dealt withThey were very quick to fetch my ipad because they wanted me to pay themThe screen was cracked , brought it back afew days days later and my screen was not working and my ipad button was not working properlySent it back and it took over two weeks for them to send my ipad back with my ipad button not working , my sound buttons broken and my power button broken by these peopleI am disgusted and disappointed and I will never ever recommend them to anyoneWorst people to ever work with

Had my iphone lcd repaired by these guys and it is now working like a charm. The lcd was cracked and hardly responsive but now it is as good as new.

Sent my sony xperia for charging problems and battery replacement , i kept getting excuses and extensions as to when the phone would be ready, the first time i got the phone back it was exactly the same as i sent in, they eventually got the phone charging again, now about a month later the phone has stopped charging, Wasted R1350-00 trying to repair my phone, i have contacted them again to fix the phone they have given me the run around. Think twice when sending your phone, i was duped by all the good reviews, dont fall in the same trap.Editi was aware of your miscarriage see screen shot of our conversation, you on your own words said that you will collect it monday ,monday came and went and no response, then after contacting you again, you told me about your issues and said on friday you will collect the phone again no response, you have not communicated anything else to me, twice you said that you will collect the phone only to not communicate anything to me and ignore me, i did not tell you which dates to collect the phone , you yourself said you will collect the phone on those days? instead of telling me straight from the beginning that it will only can be fixed a week later. now you have nerve to make it out as my fault when you do not honor your words in writing or communicate clearly when the phone can be picked up. Please collect the phone and you can come and say this to my face.

They responded quickly to my questions and worked as quick as possible to get this done. The price was extremely competitive compared to other service provider. Collection and delivery really helped during these covid19 times. All in all happy

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst experience of my life. Do not trust these people, they are very dishonest, unprofessional and misleading. They are time wasters. I paid the full amount and they failed to repair my phone. Took me almost 2 weeks to get the phone from them as I was being told one story after the other. The one time I was told to go to the shop to collect and I found them closed at 2pm. The other time I got to the shop and was told the workshop door is locked so they couldnt give me the phone. I went there about 6 or more times before I got it back. They are liars. I had to always follow up with them, no communication from them at all regarding the progress of the repair after being told it will take 5 days and it was going on 3 weeks. Finally got back my phone and was told the refund would take 5 working days as per their terms and conditions. The refund took almost 4 weeks after being told so many lies one of them being how the CEO cannot authorise payment while she is out of town and that they did not have the money in their account so there was nothing they could do for me. I was made to feel like I was bothering them to get my money back. I was ready to go to the police with the matter then I finally got my refund. Please do not trust these people. They just take your money and do not deliver. They take their customers for granted. I was given so much attitude and ignored on several occasions. I would definitely not recommend this business. They give black owned businesses a very bad name. Rather take your device elsewhere, where you will get professional service. I would rather pay more than have this kind of headache and stress ever again.
