This place from the outside looks like a small shop but when you get inside, the beauty and the elegance hits you, very well decorated, neat with beautiful lighting, excellent service and great food, I honestly believe this place deserve more than what they get due the outside look

Love, love, love Lotus Thai. Nothing but authentic Thai cuisine. Pad Thai is spot on, as is all their curries. I want to try everything. Only thing missing on menu is Thai iced tea :). Super friendly service. Owners and cooks are Thai. Ambience is lovely too. Highly recommend!

I had a delicious Pad Thai, green curry and red curry. Im sure their other dishes are just as promising. Great service, pretty ambience, overall lovely experience. Will definitely be back !!

Best Thai place weve visited in Joburg. Owner/ Manager was on the floor, attended to all the guests, and was very interested in her customers feedback and overall dining experience. Nice when someone takes the effort to want to know their customers experience.

Nicely laid-out restaurant. Had vegetable spring rolls as as a starter. It arrived well presented and came with a sweet and sour sauce, both were excellent! Pity that there was.so little of the sauce served - itbis awesome!Had my favourite Thai dish for the mains -chicken green curry. They used fresh authentic Thai-style herbs: lemongrass, lime leaves, ginger slivers, etc. It should have worked, but it diid not. I have had better in othervrestaurants. Service was below par, waitress was not hospitable and never aaked about my meal experience.

Nice restaurant. Food is good but expensive for what it is. Ambience is nice but not over the top.

Food tastes great. It would have tasted even better if they gave me noodles instead of rice, like I asked. 2 meals. Both requested with noodles. Both brought with rice. When you know, you knooooow that getting that wrong is a big no-no.

Myself and Ronel had the most amazing cullinary experience. From starter to dessert, every dish had deep soulful dynamic taste. We will be back!
