I have received the best service from Zack at the Menlyn Retail store. You dont find this kind of friendly services often, so it is refreshing when someone still cares about good customer service.

I feel the name is a bit misleading. While they do sell a lot of plastic items, they also sell a lot of other things that are not plastic, including food items.I went their expecting them to be a specialist plastic store which they are not. I feel that if they had been what their name implies they would have had what I was looking for and I would not have wasted my time.
