Home choice does have good stuff.. however this is one store that overcharge customers..1 pressure cooker, same brand but is 1600 cash and is 1300 at clicks, when you buy in credit its 150 in 16 months thats like 2100. Thats way too high and many people are not paying attention to how much they are really charged for these credits they make

I was blown away by the design and layout of this store. Everything is nicely designed to simulate a room where youd be able to arrange the furniture and bedding once you have purchased them.This is very helpful especially for some of us with little ideas on bedroom layouts and bedding etc since we can envision the end design using store layouts.While plenty of products provided are of good quality, their blankets have little variety in terms of size and weight. It would be better to have a feel of each of these in store before you decide to purchase online.

Took my goods back and the gentleman whos sits at the returns is super friendly and efficient! He explained everything to me and I got a message shortly after to say my refund would be processed. He deserves a promotion

The service at showroom is so quick because Homechoice staff they give costumers attention..thanks once again keep it up

Very very crowded aria, no parking lot, no space of parking. Really Heavy traffic...I couldnt even visit the shop !They would better to put more shops even in the other cities such as sandton.

I have never been inside the shop but the products they sell look very inviting. I prefer the shop rather than buying online. Might visit in future.

It is good, clean and all that but no attention is given to the customer.

The store is well organized it is just that the store front is very very busy but that is not their fault and is just typical of PTA CBD.

Poor customer service. I am frustrated now and I dont know what to do anymore. We bought duvet cover and inner and a blanket on the 16/06/2021 and I havent received my order because call centre agents cant change my physical address on system. I have been calling the call centre every day from 17/06/2021 but they keep on telling me they will get back to me but they dont. I really dont know what to do anymore to get my order

I have been to this place more than 5 time I am not impressed with the the way they handling my case of broken urn since from 04 August till now they have not fixed it I am not happy at all

I have purchased 3 items there, aircooler and beddings so far am happy with the products. My air-cooler is still working fine.

I got very good consultants who were very helpful, gave me in depth information and made my visit to the store pleasant.

Meh, i couldnt get sizes

I dont like being scammed. Their online store is a haven for scammers. I wonder when they will update their systems. I dont understand how people get away with open accounts online and they honour the purchase before validating the identity of the person purchasing on credit. My experience with online credit is that before they give you the card, they want the original ID to be presented

The assistant was so helpful. I had a great time looking around the shop and the shop looks good.

Im totally frustrated and not happy with the service. I purchased blankets and I choose to collect at the Pretoria Store and its almost a month since I have been waiting for the collection sms, mind due I have paid cash. They dont communicate and let me know whats happening...I personally got a bad service and I wouldnt advise anyone to buy things cash from home choice because I know someone who got products on credit and they received their parcel in a shorter time. Not happy at all.

Im really disgusted by your service. My sister in law after I recommended you guys to her came all the way from Lephalala. She bought curtains from your store asked the lady that the curtains must be delivered at Rissikstreet, Homechoise in JHB. The lady said no problem, received the sms and it says we need to collect it from PTA branch. She phoned the customer care and said sorry you must collect it at the branch in PTA nothing we can do. This is really sad that you pay so much for quality but service sucks!!
