Amazing service and amazing staff. Very helpful and friendly. Would love if the your stores started offering delivery especially for your balloons as they are very affordable and as an event planner, we make larger orders so its easier to get all our items delivered to us.

From my phone call enquiry, arrival, browsing, buying (more than I planned to!) right to helping me carry my purchases to my car, Palesa and team were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and absolutely epitomised first class, five star customer service!! The store is well-stocked and the ladies know their stuff! This was a prime example of great customer service and value for money, and its not the first time Ive had a positive shopping experience there. Thank you ladies - I will be back!
