Neat store, they just dont stock HP products like the battery chargers for the HP laptops.

Pathetic return policy! You buy an item cash but when you go to return it, they dont refund you. You have to wait a week for head office to authorize a refund and they dont give you cash back. Totally unethical!!!

My experience with HP have never been good. From laptops to their awful printers. Even though this is a fancy looking store, the haunted memories of bad products made me skip past!

Good day Im just like to mention that Im very unhappy and very mus disappointed on the poor pathetic service from this store.I made a purchase Tuesday a week ago. I made the incorrect purchase and within 10 mins I returned the product and wanted to make a exchange but the amount that I had to pay is was to much so I insisted on a full refund.I was told they do not do in store refunds due to company policy.I was told I should receive my refund by Friday at the latest Saturday. Till today which is Thursday16th July I have still not received my refund and every time I speak to the people at the store they have some useless pathetic excuse.I do not recommend this store what so ever and will surely not ever buy from them again and to warn people of this institution to stay far away.People I dealt withNyishan- UselessJoyce- Great helpThabo-Useless

Friendly staff, very helpful. I only have one complaint. When trying to contact the store over the phone, the number goes straight to voice mail.Ive tried to get hold of someone from the store to follow up on a refund for a returned item, but cant get hold of anyone.

Lovely store and equipment. The sales person not client focused. He could have made a sale to me yestetday if he tried to assist but he preferred to go after 4 minutes and play with his computer. Its a pity. Follow up note. Following my comment the manager called and I received superb service and could conclude a great deal. Thanks for addressing the issue HP. I have since then had wonderful service from them over the past 8 months. Great
