They delivered my washing machine today, and not only where they friendly and helpful, they even took time to help me install the machine. The service I received wasnt the best, the lady who was helping me out with my credit application rushed me and I cant see myself going through this hi-fi corp unless I am forced to, like I will be now due to the poor quality of the Samsung 4k TV I bought 💔Edit:I went back and was helped with the exchange of my TV to a better picture quality one, Skyworth. I am grateful for the patience of the sales agent who tirelessly tested all the TV sets with me until I could get the one TV I was content with. For this, I have increased my rating from 2 stars to 5!!

Wow what a wonderful service I got from hifi atterbury,more especially the sales manager Rudy, keep it up your the best at your job.

Took my laptop here under its warranty to get fixed only to find out the problem isnt under the warranty so I need to pay some REDICULOUS amount or I need to pay R800 to get my laptop back.Absolutely disgusting as I was never made aware about this when giving them my laptop in.

The service at this branch! Wow, we bought airtime there once and it took 20 minutes. The cashiers are on their cellphones while there is customers in line. The ladies at the credit department act like they are doing you a favor by helping you, prices on shelves are also easily changed by staff. 3 Extended warranties were placed on our purchase without our knowledge, when we asked why the manager refused to give us a receipt for a R16000 purchase. We have a lemon juicer from there that was broken when we got home but I plan on rather losing my money because I cant get the courage the go back and deal with the staff again. No wonder the store is empty most of the time.

Some of the black friday specials wasnt on the shelves and had to be fetched from the store.

Best service Ive received from a chain store in a long time. I had a warranty claim for something that was almost out of warranty, and instead of sending it to the manufacturer and making me wait for 3 months like Game in Centurion mall does, HiFi corp actually just exchanged it the very same day, even though I did not have the box it came with anymore. I was pleasently surprised.

Very good store in terms of services and their electronics are affordable u can also buy on credit ,they have branches across the country.

Always delightful to shop at the Atterbury Value Corp. Great choices at great prices and I get great hugs from my happy wife.

Worst place to buy. Stay away from online purchases as you will be taken for a ride, that is if you ever receive any feedback.

Customer service is bad, appliances sold specifically Sansui TVs very bad, I bought a TV it started having problems with picture. Brought it back to the shop and they fixed it, after 6 months TV did same thing, took it back I was told warrenty is finished.Do not buy things at HiFi Corp in Atterbery they sell fong kong things.

I gave in my credit application on Saturday morning as I was preapproved on friday 20th of December today is the 24th and i still have not heard anyghing fron this branch Im sick and tired of bad service and no feedback at all....

Bought a New Wi-Fi range extender which turned out to be Used ...Previous Customers invoice inside packaging with not working properly written on the invoice.Called them, still waiting for a reply ...

I love the fact that you are allowed to test the sound systems without limitations, keep it up guys. Thats a charm.

Bit of a let down, the store is much smaller now, with very limited options and the prices arent a bargain as they used to be. Rather go to Metro at Menlyn Retail park for a much wider selection. Even the car audio selection at Hi-fi Corp Atterbury is less than half of what it used to be.

I remember how good it used to be, with staff always interactive and knowledgeable but now there are six people in the shop doing nothing and knowing nothing. Useless service, slow and unenthusiastic. They are just there for the pay even though they dont really work. Horrible place now.

Horrible. Bad service. Slow service. Staff Not in the mood to really help you. Bought a fridge and was given the wrong fridge, sat then for two days with incorrect, broken fridge and have still not received new one and cannot buy anything that needs to be kept cold. After struggling they made arrangements to come and collect broken fridge and bring new one, after I specifically told them I urgently need a fridge, they did however not show up on day arranged and when I phoned to ask whats happening they simply said they will not be delivering it because they are closing soon. Will not be buying from them again.

I bought a KIC314L fridge/freezer on the 9/1/2019, delivered on the 11/1/2019 @ 11h20. Reported on the 13/1/2019 @11h21that the fridge was not getting cold.Called on the 14th, 15th, Job no 83510, today is the 16th and no one has communicated. THIS IS SIMPLY SHOCKING SERVICE

Last week I bought a Curved Sansui 55 Smart UHD TV for a friend as for he wanted one. 3 days later I saw a special for a non-curved Sansui 55 TV and decided to spoil myself. Both times I was in and out under 10mins. Amazing service and spectacular prices when compared to similar brands.

Worst service ever. I was sold a smart tv that cant sign into the play store or load the YouTube app (in other words... Not smart at all). Long story short the cocky assistant Manager never offered a realistic solution to our problem, threw his staff under the bus and blamed me for wanting to return the tv. Steer clear people, horrible service.
