Other websites advertise devices that are not in stock, they try to source it once they have your payment. If they dont come across the device then wait in line for your refund. Nerdy only advertises what they have stock of, they dont bait you with false adverts, devices come in prestine condition, delivery is lightning fast, live chats offered superb assistance pre and post purchase. As a first time buyer at Nerdy, I wasnt sure whether I should indeed purchase the iPhone XS via Nerdys website. I decided to go ahead and purchase the phone, the shipping was very fast. The phone came in excellent condition as described on the website. I would definitely be purchasing more devices :).

Traded in a device for another ! Great value although the description could’ve been better . The device I got has a little bit of screen burn at the bottom as is only seen on the device when the screen is black although this was not passed through when receiving the device or on the description on the websiteThe guy at the front desk made me feel like he had better things to do then help me out with trading in . He even told me that nerdy is no longer buying any devices until I told him that I wanted to trade in( probably worth taking the option “sell your device” off the website or putting something up on your website along the lines “ at the moment we regret that due to the high level of used phones in our inventory we can’t take in any more” .He took a few personal calls while I was at the front desk and then told me to sit and I felt there was no customer service although other people that walked through reception smiled and greeted.Great service being offered but due to the guy at front desk this the low score , I really hope this could be sorted as you have an excellent product offering but would be a value add if the customer service increases .

This business most definitely deserves a six star rating. My only concern is that their service is so exceptional that a lot more people will get wind of them and I in turn might lose out on future deals as I might be too late to respond. Ive sold them devices and bought from them and the services has always been great. The only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is that the last device I bought was full of fingerprints and oil marks, if someone spends over 10k on a device, the least you can do is wipe it down before putting it in a box.

I can definitely recommend Nerdy.I was initially nervous to place a large black friday order (note 10+ and Lenovo c930) as I didnt know the company.The order did take a while to ship which increased the anxiety and then of course problems with courier it delivering and eskom power outages. But it was resolved and I received my products.The Lenovo unfortunately came with a US plug which meant I couldnt use the device, but Nerdy quickly sent me an international plug as an interim solution and then ordered a ZA plug.So whilst I felt unsure of them initially; their after sale service has definitely convinced me that theyre a great company!
