Whilst the prices are generally everyday low, the pricing on the shelf needs serious attention. The overall shopping experience is marred by blocked isles and incorrect or no pricing on the shelves. Dont get me wrong, price wise they are one of the best, and could attract more customers and keep them returning to the store if isles were more clear, prices on shelf right and the general hygiene throughout the store

The trolleys are always faulty. However, its easy to access the stores. The staff are friendly and it has most if not all household products needed monthly. Lol Ive even seen Spar and PnP staff stocking up there.

Wow, sorely disappointed. I read some great reviews on Google about Advance cash n carry but I after my visit, I cant relate to one of them. They hardly had any of the items listed on their catalogue. For example, on their latest catalogue they have McCain frozen chips. Went there, looked around, asked around and got shown to a dodge walk in freezer. The shelves were empty, freezer smelled funny, was dark and looked like something out of a horror movie. Needless to say , no stock. I probably wouldnt have taken it after seeing the state of the walk in freezers. Next, shelves dont all have prices, and its tough to buy singles of most items. They have signs saying dont open bulk packs, individual items are available at the front of the aisle...but nothing. They dont have a wide variety of stuff and I drove veeerrryy far to get there, but was extremely disappointed by what I found.

Im a cleint for advance cash and carry where I supported them all the way from Sutherland ridge industrial and I see that they become bigger snops at the place where they at I still have some respect for some staff that I know there but if someone treats me the way I entered the other day I was badly treated wen I entered like if im hobo from the streets.Im a cleint who buys for my supermarket and my depo and my vape store pls dont treat me otherwise im no stranger im a regular thank you.

I have been trying for months to get hold of you guys over the phone.The lines just ring.I came to the store and the receptionist gave me 2 more numbers to try and it used to work.Now when I call the receptionist answers but she can hear me and I cannot hear her.Please fix your lines.It is extremely frustrating when I try to get hold of you guys for something and theres no answer.It forces me to go buy from your competitors.I like shopping there but when I need information over the phone I cannot get it due to the faulty lines.If the management is seeing this review please do something about this ASAP.Thanks.
